Renewal of maps in Cadastral District Senetářov

This thesis deals with the renewal of the cadastre documentation by mapping. It is analysing all stages of the reconstruction. These stages have been demonstrated on a sketch of cadastral area of Senetářov. On the basis of acquired results a digital cadastral map has been drawed up in the programme of MicroGEOS Nautil by automated techniques.

Main goal of this work is to get acquainted with the plagiarism problem and propose the methods that will lead to detection of plagiarism in program codes. In the first part of this paper different types of plagiarism and some methods of detection are introduced. In the next part the preprocessing and attributes detection is described. Than the new method of detection and adaptive weights usage is proposed. Last part summarizes the results of the detector testing on the student projects database

Computer Support in Mapping Survays

The report deals with creating applications for Pocket PC, designed to aid with terrain mapping process. Topic falls within the field of geographic information systems (GIS), so the text begins with an analysis of related topics such as GIS itself, processed data characteristics or global positioning systems (GPS). Available handheld platforms are discussed and based on analysis of existing commercial application, the requirements on developed program are set. Description of application architecture and some implementation details follow. The conclusion is devoted to testing functionality by mapping the real geospatial object.
Mapping Survey of the locality near Vilémovice

The work is about measurement and creation of the purpose map of the location near Vilémovice in the selected scale of 1: 1000. The whole locality belongs to the Moravian Karst PLA. The map is focused on rendering karst phenomena in the area. One of the outputs is a list of karst phenomena coordinates for the PLA. The mapping was followed by the 3rd accuracy class according to ČSN 0134 10.
GIS Application Tool for Mobile Platforms

The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a GIS tool for mobile devices. The beginning of the thesis informs about the theoretical background of GIS and mapping. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the concept of a mobile mapping tool. The thesis describes the architecture and processes within the tool, as well as some details regarding its implementation. A mapping of a selected geographical location and a protocol summarising the mapping are also included within the thesis.
LIDAR and Stereocamera in Localization of Mobile Robots

LIDAR (2D) has been widely used for mapping, localization and navigation in mobile robotics. However, its usage is limited to simple environments. This problem can be solved by adding more sensors and processing these data together. This paper explores a method how measurements from a stereo camera and LIDAR are fused to dynamical mapping. An occupancy grid map from LIDAR data is used as prerequisite and extended by a 2D grid map from stereo camera. This approach is based on the ground plane estimation in disparity map acquired from the stereo vision. For the ground plane detection, RANSAC and Least Squares methods are used. After obstacles determination, 2D occupancy map is generated. The output of this method is 2D map as a fusion of complementary maps from LIDAR and camera. Experimental results obtained from RUDA robot and MIT Stata Center Data Set are good enough to determine that this method is a benefit, although my implementation is still a prototype. In this paper, we present the applied methods, analyze the results and discuss the modifications and possible extensions to get better results.
