The theoretical part describes the definitions and activities that the management deals with. In the practical part the company is described and a questionnaire for executives is compiled, which is subsequently evaluated and the results are analyzed. At the end of the work are written results and suggestions that could improve the current situation.

Managing of the workers´ workload in selected home hospic care

The escort is for the workers in hospice and palliative care a symbol how to give the helping hand to the teraminally ill people and go their way. The main objective of a social worker and a nurse is to improve the quality of life of the person in the terminal stage of the disease. A social worker and nurse of home hospice care are normally part of a multidisciplinary team in hospice care and, together with other professionals, contribute to improving the quality of clients' lives. Many home care workers are subjected to daily stress and are at risk of burnout or the development of some anxiety disorder or depression. The topic of the bachelor thesis is how the workers in the selected home hospice care manage their workload. The aim of the work is to map the workers' workload and how the workers deal with it. The main research question is: What factors do affect workload management in home hospice care? The qualitative data collection was used as a methodology, using the interview method and the semi-structured interview technique. Employees in hospice care are selected by the quota selection method. The selected quotas are: The interviewee works in direct care with the client for at least half a year and is willing to cooperate.

The Analysis of Managing Brand Image in Engineering

This work deals with brand and managing its image. The main aim is find out how Czech firms from engineering create the image of its brand; mainly if they have got at least some awareness about this managing. For our survey four hypotheses have been defined to find the aim. The survey has been done thanks to a questionnaire where we could analyse the results and look for the mutual relations. The main hypothesis has been confirmed; the firms have not got the awareness about image managing. This survey has been useful for the firms which we have sent the results back. These firms could inform about the findings and inspire by arranged solving and recommendations.
Analysis of budget management of the township Škvorec, Prague - east, in the years 2009 – 2011

The Bachelor paper deals with issues of managing territorial self-governing units. The first part of the paper contains the main characteristics of villages and describes their governance. The second part considers an analysis of the management decisions of the township of Škvorec, which is focused on a report which evaluated the budget implementation conducted in three consecutive years. The goal of the bachelor paper is the evaluation of a report on the economic decisions of Skvorec, which concluded that because of the small amount of funds available to the township of Škvorec, all analyzed years were affected by one major investment item, being the building of a sewage treatment plant.
Everything stands and falls with leadership

The bachelor thesis is focused in theoretical way, with aim to clarify the issue of leadership and its importance. To focus on its individual parts and define the managing and leading people including their comparison. Subsequently on theoretical bases using own discretion, come after suggestion of the principals and tools for effective leading, which should be leaders own. Leader should acquire these tools to upgrade his abilities in leading people. First part is focused on the history of management, following part define the management in its complexity. Next part analyze the difference between the managing and leading people. The aim of third chapter is to suggest the mentioned tools and abilities. Fourth chapter is given to a new trend in leadership development. Part of this chapter is given to thought of outdated paradigms, including also the clarification of complexity leadership theory. Conclusion of the thesis is given to summary of acquired knowledges.
Controllership

The diploma thesis focuses on the problems of operational controllership and the instruments used for their solution. In connection with these issues the thesis also defines the role of the controller, in particular his authorities and responsibilities. The theoretical part of the work looks at the academic conception of controlleship. The practical part describes the main functions, duties, activities and the system of cooperation in between controllership and other departments in particular company. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to compare two main streams of the controllership historial evolution - german stream is pictured in the theoretical part and english stream is pictured in the practical part. All the information used in the thesis were taken from listed literature and also obtained by means of analysis of the company's internal data.
