Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku NAKIT. Zajímá se také o moderní metody v řízení, které jsou využívány. V teoretické části jsou popsány definice a činnosti, kterými se řízení zabývá. V praktické části je popsán podnik a sestaven dotazník pro vedoucí pracovníky, který je následně vyhodnocen a zjištěné výsledky jsou analyzovány. V závěru práce jsou sepsány výsledky a návrhy, které by mohli zlepšit stávající situaci. This thesis deals with the analysis of human resources management in the company NAKIT. He is also interested in modern management methods that are used. The theoretical part describes the definitions and activities that the management deals with. In the practical part the company is described and a questionnaire for executives is compiled, which is subsequently evaluated and the results are analyzed. At the end of the work are written results and suggestions that could improve the current situation.
