The aim of this work is propose competitive strategy of Stytotrade company. It is divided into three segments: theoretic part, analytical part and project part. The theoretical part present the company and literary sources that deal with strategies of competitive advantage, Porter generic strategies, theory knowledge of competition, marketing research and strategy for market leader. Analytical part is focused on the identification of competition, macro environment, current corporate strategy, marketing mix and marketing research. Project part - data from the marketing research are processed to SWOT analysis that is fundation for the propose of competitive strategy.
Influences in the marketing environment for the selected company

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing environment of the selected company. In the practical part, the author analyses the marketing environment on the basis of the professional literature. The analysis is carried out by the selected financial indicators, the Porter´s Five Forces model and PEST analysis. In the next part of the thesis, the analytical methods applied by the company in practice are compared with those used by the author. On the basis of the outputs from the analyses and the comparison of the analytical methods, there are deduced recommendations for the company.
Marketing analysis of Lidová jídelna Těšnov

The main goal of this Bachelor´s Thesis is a marketing analysis of Lidová jídelna Těšnov and a proposal for a possible strategy of a new product, which is providing dinners. For the analysis, I will explore the macro environment using PEST analysis and the micro environment thanks to Porter's five forces analysis. Then I will look at the marketing mix and SWOT analysis of this company. Using these tools, I will compare an existing business strategy with a testing strategy of selling a new product (dinners), including promotion and communication with public. I will use also knowledge from questionnaires and detailed information from business owner. In conclusion, I will write some recommendations and suggestions for the new business strategy of selling dinners, including its promotion and communication.

Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

This diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Skoda Auto a. s. and its current strategy. Also, it deals with verifying of given hypotheses to effectively determine the future operational strategy. The first part is the theoretical and methodological, which explains the key concepts of strategic analysis of a company. It's followed by the practical part, which translates the theory of strategic analysis into the practice, analyzes modern trends and via the synthesis method it achieves the objective of this thesis: to specify strategic recommendations for Skoda Auto and to verify the hypotheses specified in the beginning.
Comparison and evaluation of management and economic results of selected retailers

The main purpose of this thesis was to compare and evaluate status of management and economy system of the selected retail units and based on this analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of the companies and to determine potential measures to improve. For this thesis I chose PRIOR ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA, s.r.o., the second company I focused on was the OD Andy, s.r.o. I focused mainly on their management, organization, economy, human resources and then I also analyzed the macro environment of these companies. For this step I used the STEP analyses.

Based on the individual selected analyzes are set out strengths and weaknesses and suggest possible measures to improve operation. The first part of thesis covers the theoretical information about issues, in particular the definition of basic terms of trade, retail and financial analysis. The second part of thesis includes application theoretical knowledges.
