The Development in Construction of Low-energy and Passive Houses

In relation to energy savings, the development of constructing energy-saving houses, which includes low-energy, passive and zero houses, started to be created. The diploma thesis helps readers to be better informed about energy-saving houses, their development during history and their main features. The last two chapters show the development of constructing energy-saving houses in the Czech Republic in graphs. They also show in which regions are these houses built the most and which construction system and way of using is preferred.
Low-energy house in Dubné

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Dubne close by a city of Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of VELOX system. The house is roofed with warm flat roof. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house in worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program Archicad.
Low energy detached house

The thesis deals with a project documentation of a low energy house for family of up to six persons. The house is located at the foothills of Jeseníky mountains. The object is designed as a two-storey building, with a cellar, standing in a sloping ground. There is a saddle roof. The south facade is roofed, glassed terrace. The nord shelter protect the house from the effects of weather.
Low-energy building of kindergarten in Polerady

The aim of this thesis is to create project documentation for a low-energy kindergarten in Polerady. The building has one floor with a flat green roof. The layout of the kindergarten is divided into two units, which contain two classes with facilities. The thesis consists of three parts. Part A consists of documentation for the building permission. The kindergarten is designed for 30 children and is divided into two units. Part B consists of the design of building services. The building uses LED lighting, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, two heat pumps are designed for heating, which are connected to floor heating and hot water tank, on the roof of the building there are 30 photovoltaic panels. The energy produced from the panels is consumed by all appliances in the building. Part C, after creating another building energy performance certificate, compares two types of heat source. The floor heating scheme is created by calculating the heat losses of the rooms, using the DekSoft program.
Multifunctional house

The aim of my diploma thesis is a plan of a multifunctional house. The proposed building is designed in low-energy norm. The shape arrangement is an irregular rectangle, covered by two flat roofs. One of the roofs serves as a terrace. It is a five-storey building. Half of the ground floor serves as offices and the other half as an utility space for the flats above. The other four floors are for housing. Aforementioned building is located in Třebíč, in the area Na kopcích, on Modřínová street, plot No.1039/7. Vertical and horizontal construction are designed from POROTHERM building system. The building is based on a concrete foundation slab.
Energy-saving detached house

The subject of this Bachelor’s thesis is a new construction of energy-saving twostorey detached house without basement, built in Zlin. The shape and height setting of the object adapt to the land and the surrounding area. The house is suitable for housing a family of five members. The main entrance and the vehicle access to the building are on the 1st floor from the street level Nivy IV. The house has a cuboid shape with terrace on the east side. There is a garage for one car on the western side. The main living rooms are oriented on south. The vertical structure is made of the ceramic blocks. The ceiling above the second floors is stacked from ceramic inserts, 1st and 2nd floor are connected by reinforced concrete staircase. The house has a flat roof. The project was prepared in a computer program AutoCAD.

The building is located in district of Blansko, cadastral territory of Boskovice. Vertical structures are designed of ceramic bricks Porotherm. Horizontal structures are designed of prestressed reinforced concrete ceiling pannels. Roof is designed with lattice structure made of wood.
