Establishment of the Small Company

This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.
Usability of stillage from ethanol production

This work solves the use of stillage from ethanol production. Also solves processing into material DDGS and then solves the material and energy balance. This material and energy balance was calculated for 7070 kg of stillage per hour. The final energy requirements of the process were based on the amount of stillage produced to obtain 1 m3 of ethanol. The results of this work offer an insight to the problems of processing stillage. Thanks to conversion for 1 m3 of produced ethanol, results is also offerring the possibility of fast conversion of an approximate energy needed for devices of other capacities.
Local Brand Communication during Third Republic - Case Study of Rudolf Poborsky's Distillery

Private local brand promotion during "Third republic" period: Rudolf Poborsky's distillery Summary This thesis targets to explore how the uprising communist power impacted corporate communication. Although communists declared allowance of small business existence, they have destroyed it later. Communication investigation reveals hot topics of the era and - in this small local scale - entrepreneurs' approach. The case study of a family distillery delivers the story in a very human way and shows owners' personal journeys rather than deep analysis of the current political situation as such. The thesis aims to show how owner's attitude contributes to the communication with customers and in what situation these small businesses found themselves during Third republic. In this particular case; I aimed to generalize thesis' conclusions by demonstrating other businesses in the same field. I've performed the research using mainly own family's private archive, which contains a comprehensive collection of both company and private communication documents. I've used the books "Proměny české společnosti 1948-1960" by Karel Kaplan to support those historical parts and "Kapitalismus na kolenou" by Jakub Rákosník to explore economic situation of the period. This bachelor thesis is about a history of cropper´s distillations, fruit manufacturing and it´s distillation. Also, it is about selecting of the most convenient producer of mechanical system for machinery and a description of a concrete run. To adapt this thesis, the informations was derived from reference books and by consulting with an operator of machinery, mainly. The result of this thesis is a choice of the most convenient producer of mechanical system for a concrete run. For a selection, a point method has been used. And it has shown up that the best company (according to specifications) is J. Hradecký Pacov.
