Main Legal Issues in the Real Estate Practice

When after 1989 in our country have discovered the first real estate brokers and agents, were more or less a new professions, at times of socialism not existing. Since then have more than 2 decades passed, it will be interesting to compare the current state of the neighboring countries. First I will focus on the close one, Slovakia and then Austria, which belongs to the developed property market. I will look at various options of real estate agents and their functioning in all 3 states. The issue of legal liability of real estate activities will be submitted to the critical analysis and all the lessons learned will bring into mutual comparisons. I will also address the association of Realtors and appraise their position and function in different countries. An interesting part of this work will be determination of public opinion on public awareness of the importance of real estate services, I have made this research through polls.

Procedural Position of Unreliable VAT Payer

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of unreliable VAT payer. It is relatively new institute in tax administration, which is supposed to provide the tax administrator with an effective tool for combating tax fraud and preventing tax evasion. The thesis compares theoretical findings with practical findings. First part includes explanation the terms such as tax, value added tax and their basic structural elements. In the second part is introduced institute of unreliable payer and how it works in practice.

My bachelor’s thesis deals with the topic of receivables from business relations. Based on the facts found out by the analysis of receivables in the chosen business organization, I recommended measures that might make receivables management system more effective. To ensure accurate records of receivables after due date in accounting books, I designed a suitable mode of creation of rectifying items for the business organisation.

Based on the experience and knowledgeis chosen the most appropriate procedure recovery and more efficient processing of claims.
