Object with two above-ground floor and has nothnig basement. Entrance and access road is placed from north side of the plot. Load bearing structure is designed from Velox system. Object has saddle and aisle roof. House provides ample space for a five-member family. Semi-attached house was designed in step with rule in operations and legal regulations.

Development of economic-law information web-system

The first part of the thesis is about web applications, MVC architecture and web frameworks. Their role in application development is discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of their use are outlined. In the following part, the Symfony web framework 3.4 is discussed further. Specifically, this section develops its core components and functionality that it uses (structure, configuration files, controllers, entities, templates, models, security, etc.) The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the development of economic-legal information system EPIS Online, which was created by Symfony 3.4. Its three modules (security and user license structure, legislation and payment gateway) are described further. The specific processes in the system, actions of controllers, templates, services and many other components are explained in this part.

Legal regulations regarding paved and unpaved roads in Czechoslovakia from 1918 to 1992

The aim of this thesis is to map and describe the law-history framework of legal regulations concerning paved and unpaved roads in the period from 1918 to 1992. The state of Czechoslovakia adopted the normative basis for the legal regulation of paved and unpaved roads from that of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in the year 1918. These Austro-Hungarian legal regulations were accepted into the legal framework of the state of Czechoslovakia by the receptional provisions of Law and Directive No 11/1918 Coll. of March 28th 1918 on the founding of the independant state of Czechoslovakia. This thesis draws from primary sources such as relevant legal regulations, as well as from specialist historical literature. An important source of information on the method of application of the laws focused upon is the jurisprudence of the law courts of the First Czechoslovak Republic. A surprising finding of this thesis is the fact that in 1938, the Ministry of Public Works put forward a so called Great Road Bill for approval by the National Assembly of the Republic of Czechoslovakia. In The Report of Czech School Inspection as a Source of Information about Breaking the Rules in the Examples of the Kindergartens

The bachelor's work contains the facts gained during the studium of the school management. It deals with the problems of the abuse of the legal regulations from the part of the headmasters of the kindergartens. The work is focused on the making a map and the description of the most frequent breaking the rules in the connection with the valid legal rules and the Criterions of the evaluation of the educational coditions, process and results published by the Czech School Inspection and authorized by the Ministry of Education. It offers a research of errors and sugests solution how to prevent from them. The corn of the practical part is the analysis of the inspectional reports and searching for the main fields, where the mistakes are made, then summing up and comparison. The target of the work is to sugest how to prevent from the abuse in the management of the kindergartens.

Using public licenses for publishing a database of metadata

The paper will focus its attention on the legal and practical possibilities in utilizing public licenses as a tool in making metadata available to the broad public in such a form that is as open as possible, as well as on the obstacles that need to be overcome in doing so, in particular in regard to the rights of third persons. The paper will draw from experience in publishing the database of NRGL metadata, and will work out generally applicable conclusions based on that.

Práce se zabývá procesem přípravy a povolování významných liniových staveb. Autoři dochází k závěru, že všechny uvedené státy upravují, ve srovnání s běžným stavebním řízením, zvláštním způsobem přípravu a povolování velkých liniových staveb. V žádném z analyzovaných států však neexistuje komplexní úprava určená společně pro všechny druhy liniových staveb.

The legal immigration policy in the European Union

The main aim of this thesis is to explain the current legal regulation of immigration of the European Union. The first chapter is dedicated to the introduction of migration with the description of the theories of migration and the summary of possible causes and effects. The second chapter deals with the development of migration policy of the European Union. The third chapter describes current legal regulations in the field of immigration. The last part of this thesis analyses three judgements of the European Court of Justice, related to the immigration.

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyse loan agreements for entrepreneurs and to examine their compliance with legal regulations. The main objective of the practical part was to ascertain what financing sources are used by companies for the financing of their operational and investment needs and business plans. The thesis is focused particularly on the financing from external sources, i.e. bank loans, their sorts and types.
