Optimization of the Manual Coil Wrapping Workplace
Válková, Aneta ; Machačová, Simona (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on the optimization of the manual coil winding workplace in the Elektromotory Drásov spin-off plant of the Innomotics company. There are downtimes at the workplace due to excessive walking, which is the result of an inefficient layout of the workplace. In the theoretical part, individual concepts of process management in production are explained together with methods and tools for improving processes. In the analytical part, the company is described in more detail, especially its current state, including the waste that occurs here. In the design part, two proposals for a new workplace layout are created, which are further compared and, with the help of analyses, their savings in production time, excess walking and financial resources are evaluated.
Design of assembly workplace
Morysová, Lucie ; Jurová, Marie (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to introduce several proposals aiming to improve upon a selected assembly workplace manufacturing scientific instruments using some of the lean manufacturing tools. The analytical part contains the analysis of the assembly workplace’s layout. An additional method used is an analysis of the time complexity of the assembly workplace which is measured by a selected worker using a pedometer. The result of this thesis are specific proposal variations aiming to improve upon a selected assembly workplace.
Analysis of material flow in a production line using computer simulation
Karas, Lukáš ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Urbánek, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor ‘s thesis deals with the creation of a material flow analysis of the production system. The first part of the thesis is focused on the literature search of logistics and computer simulation software. The second part deals with the creation of the layout of the production system and the creation of a simulation model. Simulations are performed using the Technomatix Plant Simulation software developed by Siemens company. In the third part, an analysis of the results of the matrix of simulation experiments is carried out. At the end of the work, an evaluation of the results of the performed analyzes is carried out.
Optimizing the Delivery Process at the E-shop Branch
Illek, Adam ; Juřica, Pavel (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is to find a way to optimize the checkout process at a branch of an online store. By means of process analysis, graphic design of the branch and warehouse layout and analysis of primary and secondary data, a proposal was developed after their subsequent evaluation, which should streamline the checkout process and thus reduce the values of the monitored process metrics.
Manufacturing process in the automotive industry
Černohous, Šimon ; Jurová, Marie (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on modification of assembly line at the company Panasonic Automotive Systems Czech s. r. o. for sole purpose of increasing productivity while lowering costs. Theoretical part firstly defines principles and methods used in thesis. Analytical part introduces a company, but mainly describes the data, which will be used later. Proposition part is used to outline of individual change, that have been made.
Residential building
Pazderka, Adam ; Sláma, Ludvík (referee) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new residential building and the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The building object SO01 - Residential house is located in the south-western part of the village Hustopeče, and it is mainly rectangular in shape set in the sloping terrain in the back half of the plot. The entrance to the building is oriented to the south side. The building has four floors above ground and a basement with a technical background of the building and a gym. Each storey contains two mirrorfacing residential units. The building contains six apartments with a layout of 4+1 and two attic apartments with a layout of 3+1 kitchenette. Access to the apartments is possible from a common staircase with an elevator shaft. The foundation structures are designed as strip foundations. The building is constructed of ceramic Porotherm bricks. The ceiling structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roof is designed as a pitched gable roof and a pitched roof. The entrance to the building is designed for wheelchair access. From the south and north side, access is provided for the first to third floors to a covered balcony. The top floor provides access to the terrace for both attic apartments. The façade plastering is done in white shade with a combination of façade brick strips Klinker.
Design of a new production line
Hejl, Martin ; Jurová, Marie (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the project of implementing a production line in a selected company dealing with the recycling of plastic waste and the production of rPET flakes as a secondary raw material for the production of plastic products. First, it deals with the description of the current state and the production process in the company, including the layout of the equipment, and then defines the requirements for the project by the management of the company and individual shareholders of the company. Defining the requirements for the project and at the same time the method of obtaining key information took place on the basis of in-depth interviews with the interested parties of this project, while a pilot design of the layout of the machinery was created, including a description of the technology and a flowchart of the required production process. The main content of the design part is the creation of a proposal for a possible implementation of the production line using a network diagram using the PERT method, which indicates that the duration of the project was calculated to be 106.6 days. Together with the network diagram of the project, an analysis and proposals for managing the risks of this project were prepared. At the end of the draft chapter, a financial analysis of the project's payback period was carried out, as the condition of a payback period of 3-5 years must be met in order for the project to be approved by the shareholders, which this project fulfilled in all three expected progress scenarios.
Placement of Shear Studs on a Steel-Concrete Composite Beam
Hrabovská, Kristýna
The suitable placement of shear studs on a beam affects the quantity of studs required and their effective use. In practice, two different centre-to-centre spacings of coupling elements are most commonly used, with the denser placement near the supports where the shear force is greater. This paper investigates whether the use of three spacing sizes has a significant effect on reducing the number of studs needed, or whether the difference is almost negligible. At the same time, an attempt is made to achieve a change of spacing at the most favourable position on the beam so that the least number of shear studs can be used.
Utilization of Inventor Studio for modeling, vizualization and animation
Kučera, Petr ; Vaněk, Jaromír (referee) ; Kuchyňková, Hana (advisor)
Software program Autodesk Inventor is described in bachelor thesis. The aim is the description of the options of module Inventor Studio and its use at manual process and creating of a simple model of the electrical equipment and creating their presentations.
