A software interface for a laser tracker user application
Kozáček, Peter ; Kovář, Jiří (referee) ; Knobloch, Josef (advisor)
For assembly of product machine is necessary to evaluate a geometric accuracy of individual functional parts of the machine. This process is very demanding and time consuming. One of the reasons of mentioned problems is the lack of software (adaptation) for measuring of the accuracy of geometrical precision. This theses (diploma work) focuses at facilitating the development and creation of own application based on customer requirements and for measuring geometric accuracy with the Laser Tracker AT901 from Leica company. The aim is to create a basic application suitable for measurement of geometric accuracy, which would speed up this process, would be user-friendly, simple and open for further expansion.
Heavy workpiece measurement
Klus, Jakub ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with problematics of large scale metrology and describes possible methods of measurement. It focuses on ways to use coordinate measuring machines and laser trackers including their equipment. Then the variants are compared with each other on selected workpiece.
Method proposal and evaluation of circular accuracy tests of large machine tools with mobile measurement devices
Stránský, Miroslav ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Knobloch, Josef (advisor)
Diploma thesis offers a new approach to the measuring of circular interpolation applicable for measurement of large machine tools. In the thesis is proposed mathematical procedure of evaluation of this method, together with filtration of outlier measurements. Furthermore, there are designed and performed two experiments and in the conclusion of the thesis is composed methodology of measuring, which is using the proposed methodology of evaluation.
Current trends and measuring principles of machine tools and their parts
Nedbal, David ; Knobloch, Josef (referee) ; Merenus, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis studies the measuring of machining centers. Studying issues in measuring of that centers, geometric tolerations and also description of modern and nowadays techonolgies including interferometer and systems like laser tracker, laser tracer or ballbar. This thesis studies also masuring of five-axis machining centers and issues in this measuring.
Heavy workpiece measurement with mobile measurement machines
Plachý, Štěpán ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on heavy workpiece measurement. The first part deals with coordinate measuring machines and inprocess measurement with workpiece probes. The next section concerns mobile measurement machines, specifically measuring arms and especially laser trackers. For all methods there are a description of principle and their types, eventually comparison of manufacturers and concrete representatives of device. All measuring methods particularly relate to heavy workpiece measurement. The last part of the thesis describes factors affecting measurement uncertainty of mentioned methods.
