Design of production technology of shaped cover
Doležal, Václav ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
This thesis presents a design technology of forming a shaped lid focused on cutting, bending, drawing, as well as trimming and making the required holes. There is described several basic variants of sheet metal forming based on the literature. Production of holes of specified cover, for an annual production of 100 pieces of shaped lid, is solved by unconventional technologies. From subsequent economic evaluation of selected technologies is chosen an appropriate technology to minimize production costs.
Unconventional Methods of Machining
Hanuska, Matúš ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with detailed analysis of unconventional methods machining technology. In the first part, characteristics and basic principle of each method are elaborated. In the second part, actual industry employment is analyzed. Third part deals with operational obstacles. In the fourth part, ecological aspect, enviromental impact on their surrioundings and possibility of recycling of abrasives are analyzed.
Use of unconventional technologies in the production of a selected component
Havlínová, Denisa ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Dvořáková, Jana (advisor)
The biggest challenge during manufacturing copper part with microslit for optical spectrometer by the means of unconventional technologies was to meet specified narrow range of tolerances and reach right angles at the microslit corners. Electrical discharge machining and laser beam machining were two practically performed methos and both successfully met these tolerances. After consultation is focused ion beam also considered as suitable method for this task, while for photochemical machining is impossible to meet those narrow tolerances. Right angles were not achieved by any of tested methods. At laser cutting edges were proven defects (burrs, molten material), while we saw no negative defects on electrical discharge workpiece surface. Even after optimalization of EDM was machining time longer and there is assumed higher other production cost (tool manufacturing for every single workpiece), but still EDM seems to be more advantageous from financial and surface quality aspect. Based on theoretical research and practical manufacturing is recommend to manufacture specified component with microslit by EDM.
Comparative Study of Enviromental Aspects of Different Non-conventional Cutting Technologies.
Muzikant, Dušan ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with possible impact of non-conventional cutting technologies on enviroment and human body. In the first part of this thesis are described characteristics and working principle of particular methods. In the second part there are detail solved enviromental aspects of four methods whit focus on the filtration machine systems or recycling of used materials, through which was the sample produced. During the production there were watched avalible parameters, which served for final compare of basic enviromental aspects of these four methods.
