The diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of family viniculture. The theoretical part defined basic marketing concepts and variables of marketing mix. The analytical part contained detailed analysis, which are source for proposed part like a ways for improving of the marketing mix of the viniculture.

This bachelor thesis in the theoretical part describes the history of wine production, the original technology of wine production and its transfer through the Georgian tradition to the present. It also deals with mapping of producers of orange wine in the Czech Republic and abroad. The experimental part is devoted to the sensory and analytical evaluation of the selected set of orange wines. Based on information from the literature and verified by the experiment, recommendations for follow-up research and use in practice have been proposed.

The master thesis deals with study of Orange wine. In theoretical part the history, traditional vessels, phenolic compounds and basic analytical parameters of Orange wine were described. In the practical part an experiment was made: the comparison of 4 varieties and 3 different lenghts of maceration. The basic analytical parameters, phenolics content, catechin content, antiradical activity and reducing power were measured. These wines were evaluated by senzory analysis and aromatic profile as well.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to compare the technological principles and the resulting products of vinification in the kvervri with vinification in the classical way. After the theoretical introduction which describes the history and the present of the production of the kvevri wines the methods of sensory evaluation and chemical analysis of wines are described and the results are presented and discussed. At the end, the main differences between the two approaches and the resulting products are identified and the possibilities of utilization of the vinification in the kvevri in the environment of the Czech Republic are indicated.

This diploma thesis discusses the specifics of qvevri wine-making method, that represents very ancient footprint of wine technology. There are described and compared traditional wine-making methods with those which are used dominantly in wine-producing countries. The thesis deals with the chemical composition of wines vinified by different technologies. The knowlage gained from literary sources is compared eith the results of the experimental part.

This bachelor thesis is focused on study of home and abroad literature about producing wine in kvevri clay vessels. Historical and nowadays possibilities of using kvevri are being described here. The technology of producing clay vessels and producing wine in it are described as well. A theory gained from the literature is proved by sensory and analytic evaluation of twelve different wines produced by this technology in Czech Republic and abroad. The results of analysis were processed, evaluated and compared. On the basis of the results was recommended a how to continue in a research and how to use the technology in real production. The thesis provide overall view on the technology.
