This bachelor thesis deals with piece production of a given component. The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the existing manufacturing process and to make suggestions for its upgrade in terms of reduction of production costs in repeating piece production. During the bachelor thesis research and writing, an incorrect naming of the manufactured component was detected and a more suitable name was proposed. Suggestions for upgrade of the existing manufacturing process were presented in the company and offered for implementation.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the proposal for integrating production control system in the growing manufacturing company with custom-made production. Initially the research of applicable methods and operations suitable for the company management will be done. Next step will be to apply these procedures in the company and eventually to provide a range of adjustments. As a result, not only an optimal production control system eliminating possible mistakes stemming from the insufficient control management is implemented, but also the company is prepared for further profitable growth.

The thesis is focused on the creation of production technology for unit and series production for FDM print head. Production will be set in a private company Pevot product, s.r.o. For the production will be used machines, tools and technologies that the company commonly uses. On the basis of creation of production processes will be calculated price of the print head and it will be compared with the price of a similar product currently available on the Internet. After comparing the company may decide , if itself will produce and offer on the market.

Order optimization and validation of resource capacities in company Formex

The diploma thesis Order optimization and validation of resource capacities in company Formex s.r.o. is composed from three parts. The first one is an introduction to the types and specifications of production systems. It also follows production planning and control. The second part is dedicated to analysis of the information system WorkPlan and to the analysis of the company Formex s.r.o. (the company structure, the production and the planning process). The possible ways of production planning and order optimization with respect to the use of IS WorkPlan were designed in the third part of the diploma thesis. Consequently the most suitable planning way was selected and the templates with the normalized technological processes were designed. The diploma thesis also contains validation of the proposals and it is enclosed with the recommendation for the future steps in the production planning in the company Formex s.r.o.

The main theme of my thesis is a design of project the organization a light machinery production in TOS Kuřim – OS, a.s. – for production prismatic parts to the materialiaty 250 kg of milling. The thesis concentrates mainly on a formal process of the design eworkplaces. First part of the thesis comprises of general introduction of design project of workshop and using methods projecting of wokshops, ergonomics parameters and organization of machines. In the follow-on charter is effected description status quo prodiction of prismatic parts and proposal make-up freesia workplaces. To choice variant is created common load evaluation workplace, documentation and evaluation contribution.

The project developed within the bachelor's degree by the pulley multiple groove design of the technology for desktop performance circular saws. The design work is finished the production of components for the piece and batch production, the choice of the intermediate processing and description of manufacturing operations, including tools used for the single and series production, production design work for production and evaluation of the proposed variants of the production. This thesis has been developed on the basis of the theoretical knowledge gained while studying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno and personal experiences.

Bachelor thesis is focused on warehouse management system in the company in joinery production. The current state of the system is assessed by the analysis of the situation. According to the requirements and inventory management has been chosen a method, which leads to the optimization. Afterwards it leads to the identification of problems, which occur in the warehouse system and to the suggestion to solve them. Recommendations are added by optimizing shelf space and the system for recording inventory.
