Detached house
Drongová, Zuzana ; Vaněk, Vojtěch (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation at the level of construction implementation. The aim was to design a family house with almost zero energy consumption. The family house is partially basemented and with a habitable attic. The building is roofed with a gable roof with a corrugated metal roofing. On the south-west side, a dormer roofed with a pitched roof is proposed. On the northwest side of the building is a one-car covered garage with rhombus wood siding and glass infill. The roofing is designed with a vegetated flat roof. The main load-bearing system is made of aerated concrete blocks. The perimeter basement masonry is made of lost formwork blocks. Thermal insulation of the building is solved by contact insulation system ETICS. The building is based on foundation strips.
Static analysis of wooden truss
Cicálková, Eliška ; Zídek, Rostislav (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
Bachelor work is processed as static calculation of traditional wooden roof. For analysis of structural model is used program using finite element method (FEM) - Dlubal RFEM 4. According to the actual implementation is modeled brace calculating model. Here separate construction elements are assessed the first and the second limit states - ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Nail connection is maked at the close of work. It´s connections of roof tie and rafter.

The attachments provide a solution in forms of a wooden roof frame and a flat roof constructed from tie beams. The thesis contains the technological procedures for constructing both variants of roofing, principles according to which is the construction organised, safety and health measures taken on the construction site, design of the mechanical assembly, time plan, controlling and testing plans for both variants and construction details.
Detached House with Winery
Hlavinková, Veronika ; Šibal, Jan (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on a design documentation of a detached house with winery within a cadastre unit of Litovel city. This is a three storey freestanding house with a layout for a family of four. The winery is located in a basement, residential area is located on the first and second floor. A structural system of an object is designed from POROTHERM with an exterior insulation system 120 mm wide. Vertical peripheral supporting structures of the 1st and the 2nd floor will be bricked up with Porotherm 50 eko+ and the basement from a permanent formwork ŽB 25. Interior bearing walls are made of Porotherm 30 profi and non-bearing walls are made of Porotherm 11,5 Aku, except the 2nd floor – these are made of plasterboards Rigips 150 mm wide. Outer coat is silicate, grooved of 2 mm, light brown color. A staircase is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. A ceiling construction is made of keramo beton systém Porotherm (beams Pot and Miako inserts) 250 mm wide. There is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceiling over a garage, 150 mm wide. A roof is designed as a roof truss with a clay tile roofing Tondach Hranice11, Amadeus black color. Doors and windows are designed as plastic, mahogany color, a sectional garage door is also mahogany. Floor coverings are designed according to functioning of different rooms – tiles or laminate flooring. The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to figure out a space arrangement, a suitable construction systém, structural system and a design of drawings including text documentation. This bachelor thesis is in a shape of a design documentation for building execution.
Low-energy building of boarding house
Rainochová, Anna-Marie ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of the master project is to design a building of an energy-efficient boarding house. It is a three-storey building made of sand-lime masonry with a combination of a saddle roof and a flat green roof. The capacity of the building is 20 visitors. The basement contains a small wellness centre, kitchen storage, general storage, and a utility room. The first floor contains main entrance, a canteen, staff premises, and an accessible guest room. The second floor contains 7 guest rooms and a cleaning room. The third floor contains a meeting room with a kitchenette and toilets, one guest room and entrance to the green roof terrace. Whole building is ventilated by four air conditioning units. The building is heated by floor heating and radiators supplied with a geothermal heat pump and solar thermal panels. Solar thermal panels were analysed.
Antenna for telecommunications equipment on a building in Brno
Alánová, Anna ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the design of antenna mast variants on an existing building in Brno. Firstly, a professional inspection was carried out at the primary school to measure the roof and evaluate the overall condition of the structure. From the measured data, a model of the entire roof was developed in Autodesk Inventor and documentation of the actual condition was prepared. Based on this documentation, the design of the steel antenna mast was developed in two variants - a tubular mast and a truss mast composed of circular bars. The anchoring of the entire structure with the antenna mast is by threading into the bearing walls and further fixing into the rafters and collar tie. Both variants were modelled in AxisVM, the design of the connections of the tubular mast was carried out in IDEA StatiCa, the design of the connections of the truss mast was determined by manual calculation. Both of these variants were modelled in Autodesk Inventor and the drawing documentation, and an accurate statement of materials were produced from this. The roof was scaled down to the central section only for structural design purposes. The roof was first assessed in AxisVM separately and then with the effects of the structure loads from the antenna technology including the proposed roof strengthening. The assessment of the carpentry joints was determined by manual calculation.
