Předložená diplomová práce „Návrh rozvoje internacionalizační strategie společnosti Heinrich Huhn na mexickém trhu” je založená na identifikaci kritických faktorů ovlyvňujících volbu konkrétní mezinárodní formy vstupu. Teoretická čásť je zaměřená na otázku globalizace a internacionalizace, její strategie a forem vstupu. Analytická čásť zahrnuje analýzu interního podnikatelského prostředí firmy Heirich Huhn, přehled odvětví, analýzu externího mexického prostředí, které sú následně shrnuty v analýze SWOT. Poslední čásť nabízí návrhy a doporučení založená na konsolidaci předložených analýz.

This master thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system of ERP category in the company METAL STEEL INDUSTRY, spol. s.r.o. In the first part of the thesis is described the basic theoretical knowledge and information for a specific issue. The aim of this work is the detection and identification of critical factors and potential risks associated with the selection, implementation and subsequent operation of the enterprise information system. The output of this work is a time and economic evaluation of the project, creating proposals to reduce risks and create recommendations for the company.

This thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system ERP in a construction company KORA-VODOSTAVING Ltd. In the first part, I briefly describe the theoretical framework and the background of the issue. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the critical factors and risks associated with the selection, implementation and operation of ERP system. The result of the thesis is not only the development of proposals to reduce the risks, but also time and economic evaluation of the project and my recommendations for the analyzed company.

Critical Factors of Management Information System Implementation on Platform Tableau

This master´s thesis deals with critical factors of management information systems implementation. In first part its describing the present state of the topic, defines the basic terminology, clarifies theoretical background and determines how to understand to a concept of management information systems. In next part is survey of current business intelligence solutions of three leaders of the world market and its detailed comparison, description of their basic properties their advantages and disadvantages. In Conclusion is detailed description of platform Tableau, its practical application, example of implementation, critical succes factors and benefits of its use in companies.

Critical Factors of Implementation of Module APO to SAP System in the Chosen Manufacturing Company

The thesis deals with the issue of the implementation of the corporate information system of the ERP category, specifically the introduction of the module of APO for SAP in the chosen manufacturing company. The work presents the theoretical fundamentals describing the basics of ERP along with available methodologies, the implementation of these systems. Also analyzes the frequent causes of delayed implementation projects and provides the basis for the search for the causes of the problems. In the next section it is made an overall analysis of the current state of the ERP system in the company. At the conclusion of this work are defined recommendations, which can be prevented critical factors and implementation could be completed according to the established timetable.

Preconditions for successful Rhythmic Gymnastics

4 Abstract Author: Bc. Michaela Šlosarová Title: Prerequisites for the success of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to assess selected critical success factors of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic according to the SPLISS 2.0 research within the current system of operation and the development of success at international competitions in previous years. Methods: For the practical part, mixed research was chosen and both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. The qualitative research is based on semi-structured interviews with three professionals from the rhythmic gymnastics environment. These are representatives from the former presidency of the Czech Rhythmic Gymnastics Association and current coaches. Furthermore, the necessary documents were analysed. In the quantitative research, senior gymnasts were subjected to an electronic questionnaire. Results: The results of this thesis have shown that rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic still has the potential to become a successful sport again and our gymnasts can compete with the world's top gymnasts. Funding is undoubtedly not ideal, but more serious is the area of talent identification and the provision and development of coaches. These pillars are hardly systematic and everything...

Logistics of mobile homes

The bachelor thesis covers a market research of mobile homes in the Czech Republic as a dynamically developing sector in the field of modern housing. It focuses on the historical concept of logistics and the current process of production, transport and final use of residential units. The work also deals with price and time demands; on a survey of two companies it compares the purchase of a finished house with the construction of its own. Based on a analysis, it afterwards characterizes critical factors, proposes measures to reduce these risks and delivers solutions. In addition to the situation in the Czech Republic, this work also includes an analysis of critical factors. Using a questionnaire completed by a hundred respondents, we are given a detailed overview of real opinions, which is compared to the results of our own research. Finally, the work also reflects the personal thoughts of the author, who proposes measures for critical factors of this kind of housing.
