The submitted thesis deals with the luxury 5-star hotel Radisson SAS Alcron. Its aim is to analyse the level of cooperation of the hotel, to suggest potential steps to its improvement, and also to find idle possibilities of cooperation which the hotel could apply in its entrepreneurial activities. The purpose of the thesis is also to asses to what degree the cooperation is influenced by specialization. The whole text is divided into 5 chapters whereas each of them deals with cooperation on different level, starting with international, through national to regional cooperation in tourism, and ending with an analysis of the cooperation of the hotel.

The diploma thesis describes cross border cooperation. For better understanding, Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko is used as an example. The aim of diploma thesis is describe the importance of cross border cooperation and how the borders regions try to eliminate negatives like unemployment, bad infrastructure, distance from the capitol of the country, and emigration to other regions. Euroregion is the contract which helped czech and polish sites cooperate more easily. Czechs and Poles cooperate especially in project selection and realisation. The Euroregion has a lot of positives, but I found one area where the euroregion could improve. There isn't enough cooperation between czech and polish schools.

Cílem této práce je zhodnotit možnosti a využitelnost systému Microsoft Office System s důrazem na podpůrnou technologii Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services jako softwarové platformy pro kooperaci uvnitř malých a středních firem. Práce se bude zabývat dále popisem jednotlivých komponent systému i jejich vzájemným vztahem a možnostmi využití. Daného cíle bude dosaženo pomocí analýzy dostupných informací z různých informačních pramenů ale i na základě praktických zkušeností získaných při analýze a návrhu, implementaci a údržbě dané technologie.
