This work is the professional research on the construction of reservoirs feeding and orientation of intermediate products used in the industry. In this work is included a complete overview of used containers and used types of intermediate products. The conclusion contains the final retrieval on the given theme: trays used to transport cartridges.

Detekcion of bottles contamination

At the development and efford how to enhance the quality and durability of products in the food industry, the great emphasis accentuates the hygienic perfection of the product containers. Concerning filling of the beer bottles, the quality of the washed bottles is one of the most important preliminary parameters as well as the detection of the strange objects in bottles. This thesis focuses on the problems of the technology of filling bottles and detection methods used for contamination and finding detection of strange objects in bottles. I would like to contribute to the improvement already used methods, coming out of the available information of these problems. In the brewery Černá Hora a.s. I made a measurement of a method – the control of a the dirt on the bottom of bottles via CCD cameras and than I evaluated the reliability of this method. Consecutively, with the agreement and thanks to the producer of a used detection device I designed and an electronic module supplying the original device. It emerged from the daily measurement filled and eliminated bottles that there as an improvement of the current method.
