Pazour, Martin ; Žatko, Miroslav (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is a description of movement of a roller which is a part of turbocharger. The diploma thesis is created in cooperation of the research department of Honeywell in Brno. The thesis consists of review concerning operating of turbochargers and possibilities of solving contact problems. Then static and dynamic conditions in contact are treated in the following part. Contact pressures are generated using numerical simulation in Ansys software. In the conclusion sizes and coefficients of friction which are recommended as the most suitable to achieve minimal wear of the components in contact.
Calculation of heat and force field UniGear ZS1
Mokrý, Lukáš ; ABB, Drahomír Tůma, (referee) ; Dohnal, Petr (advisor)
The aim of my work is to describe high-voltage switchgear type UniGear 500R, which is part of UniGear switchgears family. I will focus on heating issue of one 500R unit and its parts during operation. Maximum values of this heating is limited by standards and can´t be exceed to ensure safe and reliable operation. That is why the heating tests are necessary part of designing and developing switchgears. Calculation will be made by two different ways. First is classic one-pole heating net method and second is numerical simulation in Solidworks flow simulation program. Except the theoretical description there will be presented also used 3D model and explanation of both method, used to calculation and simulation. Last point of this work is measuring of this type of switchgear and getting real data. The main point there is to compare measured values with values calculated and decide if is possible to simulate tests with appropriate accuracy. Then would be also possible to substitute the real test in laboratory, which costs many thousand crowns and takes lots hours of time. This work is collaborated with EJF division of ABB Company, where I am employed. Heating issues in this company is always on process, because of developing and improving of their products. So this work could be helpful in this field. ABB provides all materials needed, especially technical catalogues, 3D model and final values from laboratory measuring. Support from college faculty is mainly in study consultations and proposing of calculations making. In the end of work will be make final comparison and evaluation of achieved results.
Multipurpose Town House on Křížová Street, Brno
Bartošová, Klára ; Nový, Alois (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
living in the centre, in touch with the urban life and private natural surroundings, for young people, for families... a house as a hedge which isolates from a rush of downtown and gives a serenity of an inside city block a house as a compact substance which is in a harmony with a line of Křížová Street and sensibly melts into a crossroad, is in a harmony with a form and a measure of surrounding objects employs loopholes and views onto surrounding hills
Study of influence of input parameters for the numerical modeling of the compression test
Polách, Marek ; Keršner, Zbyněk (referee) ; Lehký, David (advisor)
The thesis analyses influence of input parametres of the 3D Non Linear Cementitious 2 material model for the numerical modeling of compression test performed in ATENA 2D and ATENA 3D software. The aim is to identify parametres with considerable influence and subsequently replicate the load-deflection curve obtained from laboratory compression test by numerical modeling. The effects of selected model and material model settings are studied on three kind of models in total. As tools for analyzing the effects, deterministic and statistic sensitivity analyses were chosen. Parametres with significant influence will be highlighted and added to the group of parametres obtained from numerical modeling of three-point bending test. This will create a set of parametres of considerable influence when it comes to modeling advanced structures with different types of stresses.
Contact information management system
Závěrka, Jakub ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (referee)
This master's thesis aims to develop a contact information sofware management system. This system is designed to support gathering, integration, synchronization and redistribution of contact information. The basis for the desing is research of theoretical sources, which puts the problem of contact information management into broader context. Based on information gathered in the research part this thesis chooses a suitable software development methodology to follow during the design phase. Before the actual design is started, the theoretical requirements are put to test against user requirements collected through interviews and a survey. The development follows the Software Development Lide Cycle model and results in a coarse-grained design. The major contributions of this thesis are primarily setting the problem of contact information management into broader context, which is poorly covered in literature and research, and performing user requirements analysis by a survey and interviews (which is something that has not been publicly done before).
Reproduction strategy of Polar Bear (Ursus maritimus) focused on the reproduction and mother behaviour in captivity.
ŠEBKOVÁ, Lenka
Polar bear (Ursus maritimus) is the biggest terrestrial carnivore, which inhabiting arctic parts of land, where hunting especially seals. Season of reproduction proceed in the spring. Female breeding in the winter, from November to the end of December or later, most often two cubs. Cubs stay with mother until their 2,5 years. This study consists in analysis of breeding record from man-made den in Brno Zoo. Videorecord entrap maternity behaviour of mother to cubs and their contacts with mother. Behaviour category: behaviour of mother before birth of cubs, movements of mother, communication between mother and cubs, duration last of female replay on sounds of cubs. Because of small size of cubs there were analysed only volume of loudness, contact vocalizations and expressive sounds manifestations. Results of videorecord monitoring: female contact with cubs was absolutely continuous in first two days, if mother was away from cubs, it left them in place. When cubs were left of mother, than behaved very unquiet, sleeping period was prolonging with the age of
Development of young gypsies´positive identity in leisure time
HYNOUŠOVÁ, Olga
This thesis deals with an identity of young Romanies. About its development, meaning and importance when searching for oneself. To understand the significance of finding the Romanian youth´s identity, it is essential to get familiar with their culture, traditions, way of life etc. In the theoretical part it is possible to find the topic of personal development with relation to free time, its importance with creating a personality and educational methods applied to working with Romanian youth coming out of {\clq}qgood experience``. The practical part focuses on fieldwork. The research is a verification of hypotheses that were set at the beginning of the work. The next part of the research are new facts that have been found by the author during the realization of the research in fieldwork. This work is supposed to provide an educationalist a complex view of the problems connected with the identity development of the Romanian identity.
New ways of newborn treatment methods in delivery room and their acceptance by parents.
KRLÍNOVÁ, Gabriela
The bachelor thesis is focused on new ways of newborn treatment methods in delivery room and their acceptance by parents. Most recently changes have happened in the approach to newborn nursing in delivery rooms immediately after delivery. The care is focused on the most natural way of the mother-to newborn adaptation after delivery, so that the early contact between the mother and newborn infant could be estabilished as soon as possible after birth. The aim of this work was to found, how the mothers perception of these changes and how the mothers evaluate these changes in comparsion with previous methods. The theoretical part of thesis describes newborn care in delivery rooms immediately after delivery, together stay of newborn and mother in delivery room and their stay in the newborn ward . The practical part was elaborated on the basis of results of a qualitative research conducted by semistandardized interviews. The results of the qualitative survey were processed by means of case reports. The research sample consisted of 7 mothers who gave birth to their second or third child in the delivery room in České Budějovice at a certain period of time. The results of the survey show that most mothers accept the new way of newborn nursing and, in their opinion these methods have brought more positives than negatives when compared with the past methods.
The essentials of positive contact with autists
KOVÁŘOVÁ, Emilie
Autism is one of the most serious disorders of children{\crq}s mental development. As a consequence of this congenital, lifelong disorder, the affected people do not understand properly what they see, hear and experience. Owing to this affliction mental development is disturbed mainly in the spere of communication, social interaction and imagination. Autism is accompanied by specific behavioral patterns. The aim of this paper was to find out the conditions of positive contacts of autistic clients with the staff of Petra Mačkov Home. I have determined the following hypotheses on the basis of the completed research: An autistic client residing in a handicapped people{\crq}s home is able of having a positive contact with their social environment. The observations and experience presented in the bachelor paper could be useful for the staff of handicapped people{\crq}s homes who look after autistic clients.
The feeling of pain in patients after the surgical procedure
VAŇKOVÁ, Blanka
The Bachelor Thesis with the topic ``Algesthesia of patients after surgery{\crqq} deals with the patient pain and differences in its perception in the postoperative period. To achieve the set out goals, a research in form of questionnaire was carried out. The research set was formed from the patients hospitalized at Surgical Departments of the Hospitals in České Budějovice and Strakonice. The gals of the thesis were fulfilled, because we found out the real situation of the pertinent matter thanks to the research. The Hypothesis 1 was not confirmed, because the majority of the medical personnel checks-up the effects after analgesia. The Hypotheses 2 has been confirmed; the women percept the pain after a surgery stronger than men. The Hypothesis 3 has been confirmed, because the patients after the conduction anaesthesias percept pain less than those after a total anaesthesia. This Bachelor Thesis should make the nurses think about whether they offer enough to calm down the pain, check the effect after serving the analgesia, treat the patient with respect to the type of surgery and individual perception of pain.
