Autismus je jednou z nejzávažnějších poruch dětského mentálního vývoje. Důsledkem této vrozené, celoživotní poruchy je, že člověk dobře nerozumí tomu, co vidí, slyší a prožívá. Duševní vývoj je díky tomuto postižení narušen hlavně v oblasti komunikace, sociální interakce a představivosti. Autismus je doprovázen specifickými vzorci chování. Cílem práce bylo zjistit náležitosti pozitivního kontaktu klientů postižených autismem s personálem Domova Petra Mačkov. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byla stanovena následující hypotéza: Klient s autismem, trvale žijící v domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, může mít pozitivní kontakt se svým sociálním okolím. Poznatky a zkušenosti uvedené v bakalářské práci by mohl využít personál domovů pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, který o klienty s autismem pečuje. Autism is one of the most serious disorders of children{\crq}s mental development. As a consequence of this congenital, lifelong disorder, the affected people do not understand properly what they see, hear and experience. Owing to this affliction mental development is disturbed mainly in the spere of communication, social interaction and imagination. Autism is accompanied by specific behavioral patterns. The aim of this paper was to find out the conditions of positive contacts of autistic clients with the staff of Petra Mačkov Home. I have determined the following hypotheses on the basis of the completed research: An autistic client residing in a handicapped people{\crq}s home is able of having a positive contact with their social environment. The observations and experience presented in the bachelor paper could be useful for the staff of handicapped people{\crq}s homes who look after autistic clients.
