Analysis of concentrated windings of PMSM
Menoušek, Lukáš ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design, principles of permanent magnet synchronous machines and an analysis of their properties. As part of the work is done familiarization with the materials of permanent magnets and their arrangement, as well as construction of the engine where they are discussed types of winding machine configuration, types of motors with permanent magnets and the list of implemented solutions. In the next section of this paper is an analysis of the properties of selected types of concentrated winding with a focus on the emergence of harmonics. These data are compared with the model of the engine in the FEMM. Furthermore, a comparison of the calculations of these types of engines and their simulation in RMxprt.
Four-stroke single cylinder engine of racing motorcycle for MX1 class
Kučera, Michal ; Svída, David (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of single-cylinder four-stroke racing motorcycle with a displacement of 450 cm3. The introduction describes the MX1 class motorcycle engines design and basic parameters of the designed engine. This is followed by comparing construction of crank mechanism parts meeting strength calculations with components of contemporary racing engines. The next section describes the design of the timing mechanism, balance shaft, cylinder head, engine cylinder, gearbox shaft location and crankcase lubrication and cooling system.
Piston of 4-storke supercharged SI-engine for passenger car
Procházka, Miloslav ; Dundálek, Radim (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
This thesis is engaged in a design of basic dimension of four-stroke four- cylinder DI (direkt injection) petrol engine. It is also engaged in a design of basic dimension of crank mechanism and in a design of piston dimension. Next suggestion is related to dangerous section check. The sequential multipoint injection and boosting will be supposed for the suggestion calculation. Part of this thesis is focused on the engine development and a piston cluster detail description.
Single-Cylinder Two-Stroke Engine for Enduro Motorcycle
Koten, Stanislav ; Janoušek, Michal (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis deals with the construction of two-stroke motorcycle engine. Specifically, the racing engine for the Enduro class with a displacement of 250 cm3, adapted to be mounted in a chassis with extremely long swingarm according to patent of Frantisek Krnavek. The introduction briefly describes the E2 class rules and discussed design powertrain solutions of this class. Following design and calculation of required motor parameters. Further attention is devoted to detailed calculation of main bearings lifespan. The next section describes in detail the construction of the crank mechanism, cylinder head, exhaust pipe, power valve and reed valve. Conclusion deals with location of other engine parts.
Piston for 110kW 4-stroke SI-engine
Benda, Aleš ; Dundálek, Radim (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
In this bachelor, graduation theses we will follow up the process of combustion engine basic proposal, piston size proposal, strength control of a dangerous cross-sections. Its part is also a summary of combustion engines development and detailed description of piston group components.
