Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Šumava Tourist Area)

Tourist's satisfaction in a particular destination is crucial for his possible return to the locality and subsequent references. It is based on many aspects of the stay and often dissatisfaction with one of them is enough to see the destination in a completely different light. This thesis clarifies, how do the visitors of South Bohemia, specifically of the tourism region of Šumavsko, perceive the quantity and quality of primary and secondary tourism offer in the destination as well as factors that influence or directly determine their satisfaction. Given the popularity of tourism, its possibilities, and supply, several aspects crucial for strengthening, maintaining or restoring the competitiveness of the destination were observed and analysed. In conclusion, the thesis provides a solution for the elimination of shortcomings preventing the region from developing tourism.
Business incubators and their importance in enhancing the competitiveness of regions

The diploma thesis focuses on business incubators and the impact they create on the region's competitiveness. The primary purpose of the paper is to analyze the activity of business incubators and to demonstrate, using real examples, positive contribution of their activity on the regional competitiveness. A method, I intend to use, is application of theory covered in theoretical part on my practical part. The basis for analyzing the particular incubator are information collected from the questionnaire survey, structured interviews and documents available.
Analysis of Promoting Tourism as a Specific Tools of Regional Policy of Region

My thesis deals with the system of support of the regional level in the context of the contemporary concept of regional policy, which accents the component of the competitive ability. The target of my thesis is to show on the connection between the implemented support of tourism development and the competitive ability of a region in the form of the case study for two selected Czech regions. To the achieving of the target is used the method of comparison of two analysed regional politics subjects and also modified the method of economics n--angle. This method researches the procedural level of the selected criteria for the selected regions during a period of time. The result of this analysis is the comparison of the competitive ability and the evaluation of the regions using graphic presentation with the average of the Czech Republic.
Competitiveness of Moravian regions in tourism

This diploma thesis deals with complex evaluation of tourism competitiveness of five Moravian regions. First chapter explains basic definitions related to the tourism and regional competitiveness. Second chapter analyzes in detail natural conditions, economics, transport, people and tourism of the regions. In the third chapter, the competitiveness of Moravian regions in three areas (economics, people and tourism) and as a whole is examined through the method of the economic n-angle.
