Spokojenost účastníka cestovního ruchu v dané destinaci je pro jeho možný návrat do lokality a jeho následné reference klíčová. Vychází z mnoha aspektů pobytu a často stačí nespokojenost s jedním z nich, aby návštěvník viděl destinaci v úplně jiném světle. Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, jak návštěvníci vnímají kvalitu a kvantitu primární a sekundární nabídky v Jihočeském kraji, konkrétně v turistické oblasti Šumavsko, a zároveň činitele, které ovlivňují či přímo determinují jejich spokojenost. Vzhledem k popularitě a také možnostem a nabídce cestovního ruchu bylo sledováno a analyzováno množství aspektů, klíčových pro posílení, zachování, či obnovení konkurenceschopnosti destinace cestovního ruchu. Pro nedostatky regionu bránící mu v rozvoji cestovního ruchu jsou v závěru bakalářské práce navržena opatření pro jejich odstranění. Tourist's satisfaction in a particular destination is crucial for his possible return to the locality and subsequent references. It is based on many aspects of the stay and often dissatisfaction with one of them is enough to see the destination in a completely different light. This thesis clarifies, how do the visitors of South Bohemia, specifically of the tourism region of Šumavsko, perceive the quantity and quality of primary and secondary tourism offer in the destination as well as factors that influence or directly determine their satisfaction. Given the popularity of tourism, its possibilities, and supply, several aspects crucial for strengthening, maintaining or restoring the competitiveness of the destination were observed and analysed. In conclusion, the thesis provides a solution for the elimination of shortcomings preventing the region from developing tourism.
