The Proposal for Improving of the Marketing Mix of the Glass Company

The thesis deals with the improving of marketing mix components at Glass Company. The aim of this thesis, based on theoretical knowledge and analysis, is improving the competitiveness of the company on the market and increase turnover. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section focuses on explaining terms such as marketing, market environment, marketing mix and basic market analysis. The second section contains the appreciation of current status and problems of company. The third and fourth section contains factual suggestions how to improve the actual situation of company in terms of improving competitiveness and economic evaluation.
COMPETITION ANALYSIS IN SERVICES INDUSTRY ON A SMALL COMPANY EXAMPLE

The thesis analyses the ability of competiton of a company in the service branch, in the sector of the installation electronic safeguard alarm. This sector is relatively unknown that´s why it is necessary to be still ingeminate. One of partial aims of thesis was an analyse of the historical development till the present, and an analyse of the inner and outer environment. For this have been used methods of the Porter´s model and a questionnaire. The main aim was a project of efficient advertising and a improving the organization structure. One of the results of the thesis is creation of advertising campaign in various media in the way that affects to business and non-business subject. The results of this campaign should be visualization of the sector of the electronic safeguarding alarm and information about their possibilities. The second improvement includes better structure of the organisation.

Business incubators and their importance in enhancing the competitiveness of regions

The diploma thesis focuses on business incubators and the impact they create on the region's competitiveness. The primary purpose of the paper is to analyze the activity of business incubators and to demonstrate, using real examples, positive contribution of their activity on the regional competitiveness. A method, I intend to use, is application of theory covered in theoretical part on my practical part. The basis for analyzing the particular incubator are information collected from the questionnaire survey, structured interviews and documents available.
