Psohlavec, Lukáš ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Titel: Comparison of conditional abilities in two soccer teams with different performance in the Kolín region in category U15 Goals: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the indicators of the assumptions in two soccer team in the Kolín region in category U15 and comparate the results with others studies. Method: To determinate the necesary data we used these tests: long jump from point, sit-ups per minute, shuttle run 4 x 10m and Intermittent recovery YoYo test 1. Key words: comparasion, conditional abilities, soccer, adolescence
Soccer as a means of reducing the population movement deficiency
Mareš, Jan ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Strejcová, Barbora (referee)
SOCCER AS A MEANS OF REDUCING THE POPULATION MOVEMENT DEFICIENCY. Objectives: The first aim of this project is to study the impact of training on active amateur "A" team players of AFK Loko Chomutov. The second aim is to verify possibilities of using soccer in order to reduce population movement deficiency. Methods: In this project, methods of observation, measuring, comparing, and data analysis were used. Specifically, fitness prerequisites of individual players were assessed. The data analysis method was used in order to compare results of initial and final measuring within individual tests. Within the observed summer training period which lasted four weeks and contained sixteen training units (trainings of varied focuses with time span of 60 to 100 minutes), there have been assessed changes in fitness prerequisites in "A" team players of AFK Loko Chomutov. The research has been executed on 17 performance players between 22 and 33 years of age. Tested individuals have been engaged with football actively since their childhood. Outcomes: Thanks to application of specifically designed four-week training plan which included sixteen training units (trainings of 60 - 100 minutes) significant changes in fitness prerequisites in performance players have occurred. The training influenced speed, strength,...
Conditional abilities of Czech ice hockey players in NHL according to the Wingate test
Janek, Michael ; Heller, Jan (advisor) ; Vojta, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Conditional abilities of Czech ice hockey players in NHL according to the anaerobic Wingate test Aims: The aim of this thesis was to find out and evaluate the level of anaerobic readiness of selected Czech forwards and defenders playing in NHL between 2001/2002 and 2015/2016 seasons. The evaluation was based on comparison of the results in Wingate test of the research groups and specified standards of the first league (ELH) players. The other purpose was to find out whether there are differences between the results of the forwards and defenders. Methods: There were used the research methods of quantitative analysis including effect size. Research sample consists of the group of 26 forwards (mean age = 20.5 ± 4.4) and the group of 16 defenders (mean age = 23.2 ± 4.5) who have played in NHL. Results of the main parameters, i.e. peak power output, peak power relative to 1 kg of body mass, anaerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity relative to 1 kg of body mass, of the 30 s anaerobic Wingate were used. The data were collected from database of Faculty of PE and sport, Charles University in Prague and confronted with the first league ELH standards from the longitudinal research (Heller, Vodička 2014). The comparison was based on the mean values and dispersion of performances, effect sizes were...
Analysis of the load of the reffres in the extraleague and II. league
Velčovský, Jiří ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Vojta, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Analysis of the load of ice hockey referees in the extraliga and the II. liga Objectives: The main goal of my diploma thesis is to analyze the load of referees in Tipsport Extraliga ledního hokeje and II. liga ledního hokeje. Methods: For my research I chose the method of monitoring the heart rate of referees using POLAR cardiotachometers, as another method I used monitoring the intensity of the refferee' load and last was the invasive method of measuring lactate using SCOUT Sirius lactate meter and then Lactate Scout Start Set SensLab. The investigation was carried out on a total of 12 judges II. liga (4 main referees and 8 line referees) and on 19 Tipsport Extraliga ledního hokeje referees (10 main referees and 9 line referees). In total, 31 referees aged 30.1 ± 6.2 years. Heart rate was measured in all referees. The intensity of the load was measured for 19 referees, specifically 8 referees from II. liga ledního hokeje (4 main referees and 4 line referees) and 11 referees from the Tipsport Extraliga ledního hokeje (7 main and 4 line). Lactate was taken from 21 referees, of which 12 TELH referees (6 main referees and 6 line referees) and 9 referees of the II. Ice Hockey League (3 main referees and 6 line referees). Results: The analysis of the results showed that the intensity of the load...
Condition assumption at football
Funk, Ladislav ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Name: Condition assumptions at football Objectives: The aim of this work is evaluate of influence motoric tests from FC Tempo Praha and then compare results of measurement at categories from U12 to U15 and find out differences in fitness assumptions between player posts. Assess the influence of training time by years on basic fitness assumption is also one of the goal. Methods: I used for evaluation of measurement Microsoft Excel 2016. Pearsons correlation coefficient were used for value of correlation tests. For substantive significance were used Cohens D. For suggesting suitable fitness skills tests I used domestic and foreign literature and internet sources. Results: The best results of measuring speed conditional assumptions were reached by the attackers in the tests at 5 m = 1,17 ± 0,11 s, 10 m = 1,98 ± 0,15, 20 m = 3,45 ± 0,21 and 50 m = 7 , 66 ± 0,51 s. At 505 Agility Tests, the defenders reached 505 agility L = 2,74 ± 0,17 and 505 agility P = 2,73 ± 0,21 s achieved goalkeepers. Midfielders achieved best result in the Yo- Yo test at 1310 ± 526,50 m on average. In the long jump, the goalkeepers were best with 198,71 ± 16,14 cm. When compared for each categories, best performance achieved the U15 category for 5 m = 1,14 ± 0,07 s, 10 m = 1,92 ± 0,1 s, 20 m = 3,29 ± 0,13 s, 50 m = 7,22 ± 0,35 s,...
