Electromyographic analysis of the shoulder girdle muscles inclusion of volleyball players

Thesis title: Electromyographic Analysis of the Shoulder Girdle Muscles Inclusion of Volleyball Players Problem definition: Elite sport is very demanding, not only physically, but also mentally. The demands on the musculoskeletal system are often not compensated, especially in children and junior categories. The only targeted and regular compensation takes place at volleyball by the fitness training in the gym, but not always properly lead and adapted to the individual needs of athletes. The question is whether it is possible to prevent these problems. From my perspective, yes, the inclusion of appropriate compensation exercise in normal training session, which will require little equipment and time and to be functionally connected with volleyball technique that players do not lose the game performance. In the context of the thesis will be compared exercising of the second diagonal PNF for the upper extremity with an elastic resistance and simulated strike without the ball - volley lob, as an alternative fitness of exercises for volleyball players. Title: Use of core training in floorball Objectives: Present an overview of research papers regarding core training and its possible use in floorball Tasks: First aim of this thesis is to provide description and explanation of the core training by using available literature, research papers, bachelor or magister thesis and also thesis of the coaching school. Second aim is to analyze the necessary components of floorball player's performance relative to the core training. This is followed by a suggestion of a core training program based on this analysis. Its aim is to improve the lumbopelvic stability, which should lead to improvement of in-game performance of players in the senior category. Finally, it describes the changes in the floorball program during one year long training cycle. Methods: Research and comparison of literature in the field of core training. Results: The result of this thesis is to make an appropriate core training program for adult floorball players with aim to improve the lumbopelvic stability and description of the meaning of the core training. Title: The Fitness Training for the Fire Sport Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to make fire sport popular. Regarding the fact, that in our days it still ain't widespreaded in our republic. Because of its on going progress it offers a wide range of sport activities for almost all age group. The main goal of this bachelor's work is to present the idea, that without a well organized fitness exercise no sufficient results can't be achieved in this branch. Which is also the main reason, why fitness trainig is an inseparable part of a fire sportman's preparation. Method: Gaining the information from literature, from the racers, couches and a theoretical analysis of the information. Results: The result of the bachelor's work is to describe the development of the fire sport from past till present days, its disciplines and a material provision, the summary of the results of the Czech fire sport at the international background, the summary motoric requirements the fire sportsman and the schedule of the fitness training of their the fire sportsman. Conditional preparation of downhill skiers in the pupils category in Czech republic and Austria.

Defining the problem: The aim of this study was to compare the two training systems between Czech and Austrian system of conditioning and physical training of downhill skiers in the pupils category. Monitored population was composed of profesional skiers in the category of pupils aged 11-14. The result was the difference in the quantity of training units (Czech 89 h - 101 h Austria). Austrians trained by 23.8% more hours than the Czechs, which might reflect on the overall success of competitors. The difference in the number of trained hours accounted for almost one quarter. It was a very different number of specific exercises in pre-season, which could impact the overall results in plant performance in 2010/2011. Method: My task will be researching and comparing the method of quantification of the preparatory period of Bohemia downhill skiers and downhill skiers from Austria. Materials to compare me will be available from both the Austrians and Czechs from the Salzburg Austrian coaches of the national team and students from the Czech part of the alpine disciplines (UAD). Title: Options affecting the physical assumptions in Youth Volleyball Aim: To gather relevant information on fitness training volleyball at the age of 16 to 18 years, which would help novice coaches to basic knowledge in this direction. In the questionnaire, I found out how much time is spent conditioning coaches youth trainings, and what they experience in this area. Methods: Data acquisition of high quality and trusted sources of literature and web sitxes relating to fitness training in different sports, general knowledge about physical abilities and basic information about volleyball and it all efficiently directed to the general fitness training volleyball. The practical part has the task of evaluating questionnaires collected. The evaluation used descriptive statistics. The relative frequency of this statistic is expressed in the graph for easy understanding. Using the questionnaire were addressed only coaches youth volleyball components. Title: The Analysis of the Standing Shooting Position in Air Rifle Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the standing shooting position in air rifle and to make a kinesiology analysis of this position which includes the body posture, the holding of the weapon, breathing, aiming and pushing the trigger.
