Block of flats

The basic aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare project documentation for construction management for the new residential building in Prague. The building is designed in a combined monolithic reinforced concrete and brick support system. The building consists of three above (3.NP partial) and one underground floor. The mass of the building is designed as a single integrated unit. Plan of the building is rectangular. The thesis includes documnetation in the range of requirements for building management, assessment in terms of building physics building and fire safety of the building.
Sport hall

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of the sports hall in the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The object is situated in an area with several other sports grounds. The building is partially basement with one overground floor. On the first floor there is a large and small gym, a fitness room and two massage rooms. There are also changing rooms for guests, staffing facilities, utility room, technical room and office for the managers of the sports hall. The underground floor features a bar with a billiard room and bowling. In the basement is also designed a warehouse, a technical room and separate toilets for men, women and invalids. The construction system of the hall is combined. The hall is based on foundation girders and baseplaces. The perimeter and interior masonry is from the Porotherm system. Pillars are reinforced concrete. The perimeter masonry is complemented by a contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings are designed from Spiroll cavity panels. The roof is designed flat on two levels. The roof above the hall is carried by timber truss girder. The roof above the background carries Spiroll cavity panels.

The aim of the project was to design a library with a gallery in the cadastral area of Nový Jičín – Horní předměstí of Bohuslava Martinů street. The main idea was to create a comfortable backdrop for students as well as the possibility of cultural education in the form of various exhibitions. The plan will be implemented according to the investor's requirements and will be in line with the land-use plan. This is a basement new building of the library with 2 above-ground floors. This large new building is in the shape of an irregular U. The building is based on a base plate. A combined wall and column construction system is used. The object is designed with a rasterized front lightweight perimeter casing with a front web-shaped facade
Residential Building - Lesná

The block of flats is located at the Lesná distrikt, on the Dřínová street. This building forms transition between two-storey row houses and six story terraced houses, which are situated up on the terrain. Form of the building is defined especially by positions of surrounding houses and by the hill, which is placed on. Building is dividend transversely to two blocks, which are connected by concrete bridges. Between these blocks is a space for repose and relaxation. The task was to design the building as a luxury apartment building with very spacious flats, therefore it is possible to observe not only the these generous areas, but there are technical and material possibilities of these times too. For example large windows, dark, aluminum, facade, profiles ALUCOBOND or entrance to the garage via car-lift.
The Family house in Štramberk

This bachelor`s thesis deals with design of family house situated in the cadastral area Štramberk, region Nový Jičín. It`s a detached house standing in existing resident area. It`s designed for a family of three. The house has two floors and detached outbuilding with garage. The roof is gabled. Family house its architecture fits into the traditional architecture typical town of Štramberk.
Premium Student Housing in Olomouc.

This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of student housing in the city of Olomouc. The building is located near the university dormitory accommodation of Palacky University. It is designed to complement the missing type of accommodation. Building is a L-shaped five-storey, without a basement and with a flat roof. Structural system is mostly brick, only part of first floor is solved by columns. The building is divided into three building complexes. Two wings for the accommodation have 4 floors. The connector block has five floors, where the 5th floor is only the engine room. Foundation structures are concrete strips and foundation pads. South side of the building is protected from the sun by sunscreens, on which in a future could be installed photovoltaics. The building is divided into three parts in terms of functionality. 1.NP consists of commercial premises in the southern block and private rooms for accommodated in the eastern block. 2nd-4th floor forms spaces designed to accommodate students. Accommodation capacity is 105 people.
Multifunctional Building in Jičín

The subject of the thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in Jičín, which includes underground parking garages with cellars, technical facilities, administrative parts, commercial premises, medical facilities and apartments. The building is a five-story detached building with a full basement. The floor plan of the building is an irregular polygonal shape approaching the letter L. The structural system of the building is designed as a combined monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with reinforcing reinforced concrete wall cores and ceilings. The foundation structures are made up of a foundation slab with foundation belts made of waterproof concrete placed on drilled piles. The roofing consists of a single-layer flat vegetation roof. The perimeter shell of the above-ground floors is designed from aerated concrete blocks with a contact insulation system made of mineral basalt wool.

The DiplomaThesisprocesses project documentation for the construction of a sports hall in Brno. Access to the building for spectators isbarrier-free and isdisabled from a private parking lot, newly located on the property. For athletes, a separate entrance is located from the northern part of the property. The building has an elevator and plenty of sanitary facilities, suitable for people with limited mobility and orientation. On the 1stfloor,there are all facilities for athletes – changing rooms,hygienefacilities, storageareas andgym. The gym space itselfoccupies most of the building's floor space and is over the entire height, the playing groundslowlyturnsinto a tribuneintended for spectators. On the 2nd floor, there are sanitary facilities for spectators, refreshments and an administrative area with offices. The basement part serves as a technical background for the entire operation of the building. The building has a flat green roofwhere the load-bearing part consists of wooden full-wall trusses. The building is covered with a wooden ventilated facade, the entire southern facade is made up of a glassperipheralshell. In the outdoorareas of the property, there are newly designed sports facilities - tennis courts, an athleticstrack and a football field.
