Robotic Arm Model in the Microsoft Robotic Studio
Hubr, Josef ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
The aim of this work was to introduce robot modelling in Microsoft Robotics Studio and to define the essential components and links for creation of robotic arm model. Thanks to gained knowledge has been created working robotic arm model and carried out experiments to lift up objects with various weight. The work consists of introduction to robotics, descriprion of Microsoft Robotis studio features, robotic arm model implementation and experiments to lift up objects.
Modeling nodal releases in the general deformation method
Dauhalionak, Illia ; Hokeš, Filip (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of models of rod structures with different types of nodal releases using the general deformation method. The necessary stiffness matrices and primary end force vektors are derived using the force method. The analysis is performed for seven rod structures using MATLAB. The results from MATLAB are compared with using SCIA Enginner.
Movement preparatory in preschool children
Sodomová, Federica ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Movement preparatory of preschool children Objectives: The main goal of this work is the physical activity of preschool children and the acquisition of basic movement skills based on movement experience. Partial goals are analyzing the determinants of movement, defining principles of movement within programs, organizing a space for intervention, and developing a program where consistent practice occurs, movement deficits in pre-school children can be improved. Methods: Based on a literature research, an intervention is proposed to reduce the movement deficit in preschool children. The search was divided into two parts. First part consists of analysis of the determinants of motion. Second part of the work is a synthesis of acquired knowledge. Based on my own judgment and practice in the field, keywords were chosen (movement, development, development, preschooler, child, motor skills, fitness, health, lifestyle, abilities, skills, bones, joints, CNS). The keywords were then used to search for relevant studies in the PubMed research database. The strategy of growing pearls and trimming served to narrow down the selection of studies found. Keywords: development, preschooler, motor skills, literacy, fitness, health, healthy lifestyle, abilities, skills, bones, joints, CNS Results: The results of...
Special radiographic projections in orthopedics
COUFALOVÁ, Hana
The main topic of this thesis are special projections used in orthopedics. Radiology nowadays plays an important role in any field of medicine and helps with medical diagnostic or directly with treatment. Nevertheless, these methods are mostly used for diagnostics and classification of type and degree of injury or disease. For most common examinations are used standard, classic projections, which are described in literature on RTG projections. However, in some cases comes requests for non-standard projections from orthopedist. These projections are not so commonly known and most radiological assistants are usually not familiar with them. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes general overview in orthopedics, bones anatomy and radiodiagnostics. The main objective of work presented in the thesis was to gain information from specialized RDG locations on projections conducted for the use of orthopedists with help of interview and practical demonstrations. The collected information was to be used to create a brief manual of the used projections, which would be available for the radiology assistants at the other RDG locations. Inputs were collected from these organizations: University Hospital in Motol, University Hospital Královské Vinohrady, Hospital Na Bulovce and Health center Mazurská. The set objectives have been achieved; the manual is presented in the results' section. The listed projections are mostly special projections conducted on demand for orthopedists. Each organization has naturally different standards and a procedure of each projection may slightly differ from place to place. Also the system of projection's designation may vary. From the list are excluded projections demanding special tools, devices or instruments and/or special technical setting or parameters; projections used rarely; and held projections (with assistance of orthopedist). The reasoning for the exclusion is a fact, that the manual is intended for RDG locations conducting the most standard projections and the special types are used only seldom. There were formulated further research questions, whether special orthopedic projections vary and whether is it possible to specify and summarize them into a form of a handbook. Another question was whether RDG assistants are familiar with these projections. The answer was positive yes, these projections can be processed as an educational material. And the knowledge of the RDG assistants about these projections depends on the length and extent of their practice and experience from the practical education at university and also on the extent of projections provided on the daily basis. The main benefit of the thesis was drawing up the manual overview of particular projections used in orthopedics including descriptions and figures, so that every radiological assistant can use it to perform these projections.
Graphics Demo with Inverse Kinematics
Kárníková, Pavlína ; Jošth, Radovan (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This work deals with the creation of a graphic demo with the use of inverse kinematics. It explains the motivations that led to the creation of the demo; it briefly mentions the history of the demo as well as the principles of animation. It describes in detail the fundamentals of inverse kinematics as well as the terminology needed for the understanding of inverse kinematics. It also includes some selected algorithms. The issue of inverse kinematics is further developed in the part of the work where the principles of skinning are being described. The principles of the collision detection are also mentioned here. The conclusion consists of a detailed explanation of some of the techniques used in graphic demo, such as the L-systems or procedural textures.
