Family house in a slope

The aim of bachelor’s thesis is to design a family house in a slope.. The house is designed for 4 to 5 family members in the town of Polná near Jihlava. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. It is designed as three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The one car garage is next to the house and shares one common wall with it. The main entrance is in the first floor from the street of Na Podhoře. The main residential rooms are situated to the south side of the house. Vertical constructions are made of ceramic blocks and the underground floor is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal constructions are made of girders and ceramic blocks. The staircase is made of reinforced concrete. The roof is one-face flat roof. The facade makes contrast with white plaster and dark plaster in the perimeter.
Mountain hotel

The Master's thesis dealt with the project new construction hotel in the village of Kvilda, district Prachtice. Mountain object is used for accommodation and meal serving of guests and its accommodation capacity is 50 reviews. The building is partly basement with three floors. The support system is made up in the basement of formwork blocks and in the overhead floors ceramic blocks, which are supplemented by insulation system Porotherm with Styrofoam. Object is an irregular floor plan and is covered with a single layer flat roof. In addition to fire safety, the work addresses the project documentation as well as an assessment of the proposal of concrete constructions and solves the heat heating object too.
Extension of the building on Husova Street in Slavkov u Brna

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the assessment of the existing building of a family house and the design of a complete reconstruction, abovestructure and extention and its change to a multifunctional building. The solved building is located in a terraced house on Husova Street in the center of Slavkov u Brna. The building is divided into 3 functional parts, namely the rebuilt and upgraded part of the building, the demolished part of the existing extension and the newly designed part of the extension. The entrance to the building is secured by an underpass to an enclosed courtyard with additional parking spaces. The new condition has two floors, a residential attic and a partial basement. There is a hairdressing salon on the first floor of the converted part of the building. In other parts of the upper floors there are four residential units. In the basement there are warehouses, cellars, hygiene, utility room and relaxation room with sauna and shower. In the rebuilt part, the original load-bearing system made of mixed masonry and wooden beam ceilings was preserved. In the built-up part, a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling and ceramic fittings are proposed. The supporting system of roofing with a mansard roof is made of a wooden truss and steel central beam. Concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic fittings for the above-ground floor are connected for the load-bearing structures of the extension. The rigidity of the structure is ensured by reinforced concrete monolithic wreaths, ceilings. The roofing of the ports is solved by a single-skin roof over the stairs and a double-skin countertop roof over the housing units. Thermal insulation of peripheral structures is the subject of the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The facade on the south side facing Husova Street will be renovated to its original condition.
Detached house with a cafe in Havlíčkův Brod

The subject of this these the proces of building technical od desingn documentation for the realization of a newly-built detached house with a cafe in Havlíčkův Brod. The building is slightly sloping terrain and is with partial basement. Living area have got two above- ground floor and basement. Whole part is roofing gable roof with roof slope 30° with concrete tiles. In the second part is single-storey building a cafe is roofing flat green roof with slope 3°.The garage is separate with flat green roof. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with wood cladding.
Apartment house, Brno - Židenice

Subject of this diploma thesis is desing dokumentation of apartment house. Documentation contains all requisites according to valid regulations. House is designed as detached basement house with one underground floor and five aboveground floors. Object is based on reinforced concrete foundation pads. House is roofed with a flat roof. House contains 18 dwelling units with balconies or terraces. In object is solved parking in underground floor. Vertical load-bearing structure is made of clay blocks. Floors are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Underground floor load-bearing structure is reinforced concrete frame. House is insulated with contact thermal insulation. Mechanical resistence and stability, health protection, healthy live conditions and enviroment, fire security, safety in use of building, energy savings and thermal protection is ensured.
Apartment hotel

The subject of this thesis was to develop project documentation for building construction. It is a new four-storey house with restaurant, situated on the outskirts of the village Bridges at Jablunkova. The building is brick, has a two-level gable and shed roof, consisting of wood roof system. Slope of the parcel on which the house is located, allows the building of the plant into the ground. Because of this it is possible to enter it, either the main entrance to the first floor or building around and over the summer terrace come directly to the restaurant on the second floor. Above it are two more floors for hotel guests only, a total of 10 accommodation units with its own bathroom.

The bachelor project Family house is compiled in a from of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. The designed house is placed on the sites numbered 497/8 in village Liběšice. This is a new building without basement with two floors. The house has an irregular floor plan, is built from the system POROTHERM and is covered with a gable roof.
Veterinary clinic

The aim of the master´s project is to provide designs for building permission for a nearly zero-energy veterinary clinic. It is a detached building with two aboveground floors. There are three clinics, one operating rooms, laboratory and staff facilities in the building. First part presents the design of building structure, The superstructure is based on strip foundations made of reinforced concrete in combination with pre-cast permanent formwork made of concrete blocks. The structural system is designed as a masonry system from clay masonry with columns from reinforced concrete. The external walls are load-bearing and covered with thermal insulation and ventilated facade. The floor and roof bearing structure is made of prefabricated concrete slabs. The building is covered with a warm flat green roof. Second part includes the design of building services as lighting, heating, heat recovery ventilation unit. These processes are together shown in a global scheme. Third part is focused on Life cycle assessment of three different flat roof assemblies to compare how they affect the environment. It uses a functional unit 1m2 of a flat roof to define parameters and show how big impact they have on the environment. The project was elaborated using Revit, AutoCad, Deksoft, Building design, GaBi a Lumion software.

The topic of bachelor´s thesis is design four storey apartment house with barrier-free apartments. The building is four storey, roofed truss roof. There are three garage units and storage area underground. The building is located on plot of number 3800/32 in the village Velke Mezirici, cadastral area Velke Mezirici. The vertical constructions are designed from a construction system made of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are ceramic and the roof is hipped with trusses. The thesis provides documentation for realization of the construction. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.
Detached house Hluchová

The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the project documentation for the realization of a new family house in Nydek, parcel number 1150/4. The building is located in the sparsely built-up area. The building is situated on a gentle sloping ground. The building is designed as a three-level. The main residential part consists of a two-storey object with a gable roof with a slope of 12%. Mezzanine is made up by garage and foyer. Mezzanine is roofed by a flat roof. Entry to the building is from the north-east side, relaxing terraces are conceived on the southwest side. The main living area is divided to social part as first overground floor and reclined part as first overground floor. House has got a partial basement. Connection with public communications will be provided by a paved surface. Ground plan dimensions of the building are 18.14 x 16.44 m. Vertical load-bearing masonry is made of molded bricks Porotherm 30 P+D and formwork molded bricks BT 30 suffused by concrete. Partition walls are made of molded bricks Porotherm 14 P+D and Porothem 11,5 P+D. The ceiling are made of the systém called Porothem. The building will be based on the foundation strips. Foundation ratios are simple.
