Apartment building

This bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of an apartment house in Přelouč. The proposed building has four floors, no basement with 15 residential units, technical facilities and 14 individual garages. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry is contact insulated with facade expanded polystyrene and plastered with a thin layer of gray and white plaster. The fillings of the openings are plastic windows, including plastic entrance doors with a side skylight. Horizontal structures form monolithic reinforced concrete slabs reinforced unidirectionally or in both directions. The roof of the building consists of a flat roof with a vegetation layer. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The building is designed regarding the existing surrounding housing development. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solutions.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new building of a detached apartment building in Nová Paka in the form of project documentation for construction. The buiding is designed brick with reinforced concrete ceilings. Perimeter walls on the 1st – 3rd floor is designed ceramic brick blocks th. 300 mm with contact thermal insulation system ETICS th. 200mm, which will be equipped with silicone plaster 1,5mm. Perimeter walls on the underground floor is designed permanent shuttering DITTON 30 th. 300mm, filled with concrete C20/25 XC1 and by steel B500B insulated with extruded polystyrene XPS th. 160mm. Internal load-bearing masonry wall is designed with acoustic ceramic brick blocks th. 250 mm. Partitions are designed from acoustic partition walls. On the ceilings is a hardwood flooring because of excellent acoustic characteristics. The roof is designed as a flat green roof with extensive vegetation and with thermal isolation of minera wool and with waterproofing layer made of bituminous modified SBS strips laid in two layers. Balcony railing is designed aluminous with safety glass paneling.

This thesis describes the design of small apartment building in Prostějov. It is a detached building with basement. The apartment building has one basement and four above. Consists of a total of 15 residential units. On first floor are situated three flats and on second, third and fourth floor are four residential units. The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are from monolithic and the roof is designed as a pitched roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
Detached house with shop of cloths and haberdashery in Praha - Libuš

The bachelor thesis is a project of a multi-storey detached house with shop of cloth and haberdashery in Prague. The house is designed for two families. The shop is located in the 1st floor and is functionally completely independent of the operation of the residential part. The entrance of the shop is located on the main street. The entrance to the residential part is on side street. The rooms are oriented to the southwest. The building has walls made of ceramic blocks Porotherm, the ceiling and the stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The project was worked out in a training version of Autocad, the editions were processed in the Archicad program. During processing the emphasis was on architectural and layout solutions, static requirements and safety in use.
Environmental solution of a house with a café in Zaječí

In my master's project I design a nearly zero energy consumption house with a café in Zaječí. The 1ST part of this project deals with a structural part of the building, which has two above-ground floors and basement. On the basement are storerooms and rooms for technical equipment, on the ground floor is café and living room with kitchen, and on the second floor are bedrooms, bathrooms and cloakrooms. Footings are from cast-in-place concrete, the load bearing walls on basement are from formwork blocks with cast-in-place concrete, on above-ground floors are from ceramic blocks and every non-load bearing walls are also from ceramic blocks. On whole floor are reinforced concrete floor slab and flat green roof. The 2ND part deals with technical equipment of the building. There are gas boiler, floor heating, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation (HVAC), photovoltaics panels with energy storage, retention tank, external blinds and biodynamic lighting. The 3RD part compares several options for using solar energy in combination with different heat sources in terms of energy and economic efficiency of the building.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new building of a free-standing building for housing for the elderly, in the form of project documentation for the construction. The building is designed brick with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. Perimeter masonry is designed from ceramic brick blocks th. 300 mm supplemented by contact insulation system ETICS th. 200 mm, which will be provided with silicone plaster with a grain size of 1.5 mm. The internal load-bearing masonry is designed from acoustic ceramic brick blocks of thickness 250 and 300 mm. The partitions are designed from acoustic partitions. The ceilings are designed with a heavy floating floor with excellent acoustic properties. The roof above the two-storey part is designed as a single-skin flat with extensive greenery. Above the three-storey part is a hipped roof made of lattice trusses and sheet metal roofing. The windows are designed with plastic insulating triple glazing. The balcony railing is designed for aluminum with safety glass filling. The building is heated by a gas boiler and controlled ventilation is designed throughout the building using a central recuperation.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The apartment building has three residental floors (and one basement floor) and has five residential units and common areas of the house. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm and Heluz and lost formwork BEST. Horizontal structures are monolithic. The roof is made up of a flat roof with stabilizing layer from aggregate. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept od an apartment building.

Retirement Center

The building is located in a remote part of the city of Dvur Králové nad Labem. It is a five-story new building of irregular shape with a flat roof and a SE-NW orientation. The building respects the existing building with its architectural design, balconies, receding floors in plan and vertical direction. A lower entrance is proposed in the northern part, where there are also two main entrances . The building has a partial basement. The vertical load-bearing structures made of lost formwork fittings, in the above-ground part of the Heluz ceramic block, are insulated with the ETICS contact system. The ceiling structure is designed as a reinforced concrete slab tensioned on both sides.
