Repositioning job fair of career opportunities – Career DAYS

This bachelor's thesis maps the change of prestigious job fair Career DAYS into an informal festival. For the process of change it uses various analysis of the consumer's perceptions which are used as basics for the product differentiation and positioning strategy. Opinions about the subject were gathered from professionals such as Kotler and Trout. This work examines the process from segmentation to targeting and differentiation of marketing offer with the branding and repositioning. The goal of this thesis is to objectively evaluate the process of repositioning Career DAYS and propose further recommendations for long-term successful campaign and also to provide information to other stakeholders and an overview for organizations into the issue of positioning and job fairs.
Employer brand building through job fairs on the example of Career Days job fair

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate the benefits of job fairs to improve employer brand of the companies which want to be perceived as the perspective employer. In my work I will try to combine theoretical knowledge from the field of HR marketing and from the field of exhibition and trade fairs. In the practical part I will try to evaluate the benefits of the non-traditional Career Days Fair held annually by the student organization AIESEC, especially its competitiveness in today's environment.
Analysis of Career Days

Purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse Career Days event which is one of the products of a student non-for-profit organisation AIESEC. Career Days is a meeting between university students and graduates from the Czech Republic and important companies present on the Czech market. This event enables students and companies to find a common ground and supports professional development of students. Goal of this Bachelor thesis is to answer a question: "Does organizing of Career Days make sense nowadays?" Another partial goal was to find out whether Career Days still follows the same idea as at its beginnings: making students and companies come together and enabling students to develop professionally. In this Thesis I have first described and evaluated Career Days project, than I compared it with other job fares and finally I found out how is Career Days perceived by its different participants.
