The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is a processing of the design documentation for the construction of apartment building in Střelice. The building detached with three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a gym, cellar and technical facilities. There are a total of eight apartments on upper floors consisting of: 4 apartments 4+kk and 4 apartments 2+kk. Most apartments have separate loggias. The building also includes eleven parking spaces and parking for garbage cans. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém and the roof is formed by a flat roof.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the ways of eliminating thermal bridges in overhanging concrete structures using ISO-beams. The first part of the thesis presents a list of producers who provide ISO-beams in the Czech Republic, a comparison of products according to the transfer of internal forces, and the complete product list of ISO-beams by Schöck GmbH. The second part deals with the calculation of internal forces of particular balconies and design reinforcement.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Brno in the city district of Brno – Líšeň. The building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain in Novolíšeňská street. The residential building has four floors and a basement. In the basement are designed garage parking spaces, cellar cubicles and technical background of the building. There are a total of 21 residential units on the above-ground floors, 6 units on each floor (1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk) and on the last floor 3 units (3+kk, 4+kk). The house is designed as barrier-free. The construction system of the apartment building is wall-based: the basement is made of a combination of monolithic walls and columns, and a brick floor made of aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs with unidirectional or bi-directional reinforcement. The perimeter walls are insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The building is based on concrete foundation slab and roofing is made of a double skin flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in the Brno-Komárov district. The building is detached with five above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there are underground garages and technical background of the building. There are 25 apartments on the above-ground floors, with 1KK, 2KK and 4KK. The apartments on the 1st floor on the southeast side have separate front gardens. The apartments on the upper floors have separate loggias. The building includes 25 parking spaces, outdoor parking and a parking space for bins. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. The roofing consists of a vegetated and pitched roof.
