Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu v Brně v městské části Brno – Líšeň. Objekt je samostatně stojící v mírně svažitém terénu v ulici Novolíšeňská. Bytový dům má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a suterén. V suterénu jsou navržena garážová parkovací stání, sklepní kóje a technické zázemí objektu. V nadzemních podlažích je celkem 21 bytových jednotek, na každém patře 6 jednotek (1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk) a v posledním patře 3 jednoty (3+kk, 4+kk). Dům je navržen jako bezbariérový. Konstrukční systém bytového domu je stěnový: suterén je tvořen kombinací monolitických stěn a sloupů, a zděné nadzemní podlaží z pórobetonových tvárnic. Vodorovné konstrukce tvoří železobetonové monolitické desky jednosměrně nebo obousměrně vyztužené. Obvodové stěny jsou zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Založení objektu je provedeno na základové desce a zastřešení tvoří dvouplášťová plochá střecha. The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Brno in the city district of Brno – Líšeň. The building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain in Novolíšeňská street. The residential building has four floors and a basement. In the basement are designed garage parking spaces, cellar cubicles and technical background of the building. There are a total of 21 residential units on the above-ground floors, 6 units on each floor (1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk) and on the last floor 3 units (3+kk, 4+kk). The house is designed as barrier-free. The construction system of the apartment building is wall-based: the basement is made of a combination of monolithic walls and columns, and a brick floor made of aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs with unidirectional or bi-directional reinforcement. The perimeter walls are insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The building is based on concrete foundation slab and roofing is made of a double skin flat roof.
