Electronical irrigation system
Endrych, Václav ; Šír, Michal (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is concerned with automatic irrigation systems. It describes their purpose their usual fabrication and their individual components, especially electronic controlling units. The goal of this thesis was to construct such unit. Thesis furthermore describes the process of design and realization of this device, starting from determination of the basic requirements on the device, through design of its circuitry and construction, up to design of included control program and final tuning of the device. Resulting controlling unit is functional. It can drive four branches of an irrigation system and measure relative humidity by four independent sensors. Unit offers a number of different functions and is controlled from remote user interface via an Ethernet connection.
Possibilities of wastewater reuse for irrigation
Kolajová, Lucie ; Kriška-Dunajský, Michal (referee) ; Hyánková, Eva (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is based on waste water treatment system and treated waste water reuse for irrigation in the Czech Republic and in the world. Thesis describes individual types of waste water treatment and differences between vertical wetlands and biomechanical water treatment plants and different quality of effluent. It also deals with the individual ways of using this water for irrigation or infiltration. The second part is focused on practical experiment. Subject of experiment is irrigation with treated waste water from constructed wetland in Drazovice village. Experimental fields are planted with technological crops and grass. Experiment investigates final concentration of COD and ammonia and their influent on the crops and groundwater.
Control system for drip irrigation
Zíka, Radim ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with designing drip irrigation control system. Aim of this thesis is realisation of microcontroler system which enables scheduled control of multiple branches of drip irrigation in an orchard. The design is focused on keeping the power consumption of the circuitry as low as possible. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on research on drip irrigation and on low power circuit design theory. Practical part of thesis covers microcontroler system design, schematic design, printed circuit board design, revival of designed PCB and designing its control software.
Control of pump over GSM
Rybár, Vladimír ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The topic of the final thesis is the project and realization of the pump control using GSM. The present (actual, current) state of control unit of irrigation system is analyzed in the introduction of this thesis. The core of this thesis is to design new controlling irrigation system with using GSM control. In this thesis there are selected suitable (appropiate) components, which are meeting the assigment. After that, the control program was designed. The conclusion of the thesis is to verify the functionality of designed system, to summarize achieved the result and to summarize the possibilities of the system expansion options.
Irrigation systems in the past and nowadays
Slinčák, Andrej ; Fialová, Simona (referee) ; Štigler, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on general overview of problematics of irrigation systems for large agricultural fields, as well as micro-rrigations for gardens. It includes pros and cons of every system and elucidate appropriate aplication of irrigation to certain conditions. Thesis describes elements of irrigation system and conditions for its proper functioning. In the first part is described brief history of irrigation systems, afterwards its division by use and the way they work. I also added short introduction to gravitation (surface) irrigation. It is these techniques, which are used in developing countries with sufficient water resources. The second part is a description of a specific irrigation system from my neighborhood. I have chosen our automatic irrigation system from firm TORO, which is used for lawn irrigation.
