The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW GROUP in Brno. District Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice Kastanova street. B.p.n 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4. In cadastral area it is led as Brownfields under number 0201 by the city of Brno. It has a triangular shape with an area of 1.3 hectares and master plan is for blended areas. It is located on the Kastanova street and it is currently accessible from this street. From the eastern side it is bordered by a protective zone of river Svratka. The surrounding area is built up with administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The building is situated in the north part of the area.
