Support Possibilities Export of Services in the Czech Republic

The thesis is focused on the area of export support services in the Czech Republic - specifically for the international transport. Its principal aim is analysis of selected company engaged in export of services and proposing specific measures and recommendations for this company from area support export of services in the Czech Republic. Partial aim of the thesis is analysis and evaluation the use of instruments of support export of services in the Czech Republic on business entities engaged in international transport. For filling of partial aim was performed survey by questionnaires. In the analysis of selected company operating in international road transport was performed financial analysis, competition analysis - Porter´s model, STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and finally structured guided interview with company representative. Based on an analysis of selected company was performed proposal specific recommendations for this company from area support export of services in the Czech Republic.
The utilization of Russian railways in relation to Euroasian trade

The aim of this bachelor work is to advert to unexploited potential of Russian railway network in the context of Euro-Asian container transportation and Euro-Asian trade. Nowadays, enormous part of merchandise flow between Europe and Asia is conveyed by sea transport. Despite the ancient fame of Silk roads trading activities in Euro-Asian inland faded away and forwarding via Suez Canal acquired almost monopoly position. At first, I will try to set up arguments supporting the position of Russian railways as a new possible supplement to sea transport. I will focuse on the new international projects tackling the problems and future perspectives of the Trans-Siberian railway. The key part of my bachelor work is dedicated to comparison between railway and sea transportation in the direction between Europe and Asia. At the conclusion, in accordance with previous comparison, I will try to determine to what measure could the Russian railway network compete with the current transportation via sea routes.
International Transport in Russia.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to give comprehensive information on emerging trends in international transport. The work adverts to international carriage of goods and transport services globally as the essential elements of the world economy. One part is devoted to new trends in the development of legal and institutional framework besides the technological advances in the various modes of freight transport. Another topic is the analysis of transport and storage devices with the auxiliary view on containerization which together with the multimodal transport represents the most important aspects within past fifty years. The last part of this work points to information technology utilization in order to maximize efficiency and safety of traffic.
EU legislation about working conditions of drivers operating in international haulage

The aim of the work is a detailed analysis of EU legislation (e. g. orders and regulation, direction and their transposition to the czech law) concerned with working conditions of drivers, enterpreneurs and all other persons operating in international road transport. A special emphasise is placed on the latest regulation form in this sphere (EU order number 561/2006), which brought the current changes. The work provides a comprehensive overview of the current legislative and shows the impacts of the new changes in practice. Beyond, it demonstrates and explains some concrete situations and problems from the working routine, that are dealed daily by the drivers, forwarding agents, transporters and the proprietors of transport companies as well.
