Civil service regulations according to the Act on Civil Service Abstract This diploma thesis is devoted to the civil service regulations according to the Act on Civil Service, governing logistical aspects of the service. The concept of logistical aspects of the service is not defined in the Act on Civil Service but it can be understood as the area of exercise of the power of appointing authorities, conditions of exercise of rights and obligations related to the civil service employment of civil servants and of other persons for whom the civil service regulations are binding. In addition, logistical aspects of the service also mean the systematization and organisational structure of service authorities. Civil service regulations impact not only the civil servants themselves, but also the public because the public is inevitably affected by the activities of the state administration. This diploma thesis is structured into five parts and its main purpose is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of civil service regulations. adaptation process of nurses working in intensive care unit

The aim of this thesis is to study the adaptation process in the intensive care units. The theoretical section analysed the adaptation process of nurses with particular focus on methodical instructions, legislation and other specific aspects of the adaptation process, including necessary education for the ICU nurses. The aim of the practical section was to examine, whether the adaptation processes are done properly and are long enough. We focused not only on the point of view of the management, but also on the feedback from the new employees. A survey was done among the employees of accredited and non-accredited healthcare facilities. By the evaluation of our data, we have managed to accept or deny various hypotheses that were included in our work. Our survey has shown that both executive nurses and new employees think the adaptation process usually proceeds correctly and thoroughly and they do not want to make any changes. Our data have also been used to compare adaptation processes of accredited and non-accredited healthcare facilities. Based on the data from our survey, we have been able to determine, that the adaptation process is significantly better at facilities which are accredited. On the contrary, the nurses working in non-accredited facilities are less satisfied and would welcome changes...
The design and implementation of the internal regulations system in relation to the process models

The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of the internal regulations system in relation to process models. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms and principles of the process management are explained, including the description of tools that support the process management. The thesis also explains the issue of the system of internal regulations and the immediate relationship between a process model and internal regulations. The theoretical part is concluded by an international standards overview. The international standards overview defines the requirements of the system of internal regulations. The next chapter contains a description and comparison of the process management implementation in selected companies. These findings were gained based on conversations with representatives of companies that engaged in energy distribution and trading. The practical part is aimed at specific design and the method application for a process models creation and their connection with internal regulations in the environment of a logistic company. The last part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the results assessment of the proposed method and also includes a conclusion statement.
Internal regulations (directives) for public sector entities

This bachelor thesis deals with the themes of internal regulations in the area of accounting in the public sector. The first part looks in detail at clarification of the public sector and cooperation with the private sector. The second part gives an explanation of the analyses of legal regulations of accounting that the public sector entities are obliged to conform. The next part first explains internal regulations generally, then it is with focus on accounting. There are 14 sections which should be a part of internal regulations. It is possible to find the evaluation of questionnaire survey which is completed by primary schools in Prague 4. The questionnaire survey is focused on formation, use and content of internal regulations.
Internal Regulations, Organizational Rules and Instructions of the Employer, their Meaning and Enforceability

The thesis deals with the significance and obligations of organizational rules, conditions of employment, internal regulations and directives as a mandatory and required part of the employment relationship and additional employment contracts, contracts of work and work arrangements. The first theoretical part describes sources of labor law, defines subjects of the employment relationship, internal regulations and there is also described possible enforcement of contions of employment. It deals with a workflow of creation of control acts. In the second part there are explained new conditions of employment of an existing company. There are also analyzed conditions of employment of another company and afterwards both conditions of employment are compared. The following methods are used -- descriptive method, legal interpretation, analytical and comparative method. The aim of this thesis is to give the reader an overview about employer's internal regulations and their usefulness.
