Communication in a selected company

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the communication system in the selected company and on this basis, to propose the changes to the company's management. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that relate to communication, which are followed by the process and division of communication. At first in the practical part there is composed the characteristic of the investigated company XY. Then the current state of communication in the selected company is analysed with the aid of a controlled interview with the manager. This part is followed by a questionnaire survey. The view of quality and satisfaction with communication of employees was found out during this research. Through the results found during the research will be proposed possible changes to company that would positively affect the current state of communication.
Analysis of Communication Flows in a selected Organization

This bachelor's thesis analyses communication flows in a selected organisation. Its main aim is to assess the current state of internal communication within the organisation. The assessment was carried out using an analysis of communication flows, forms and tools. The results of the analysis were used to identify areas where communication problems occur. Besides this, the thesis aims to find out whether the organisation's employees are sufficiently informed, or whether they are exposed to an excessive amount of information, or even misinformed. Lastly, the thesis is, based on the identified problematic areas, recommend how the level of internal communication could be improved.

Diplomová práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o podnikové kultuře z několika úhlů pohledu různých autorů a na základě dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů analyzuje podnikovou kulturu mezinárodní poradenské společnosti. Tuto společnost blíže představuje a popisuje její kulturu se zaměřením na její charakteristické znaky, interní a externí komunikaci a na vzájemnou spolupráci mateřské společnosti a jejích zahraničních zastoupení.
