Software for the creation of the ABB robots configuration files
Badal, František ; Kroupa, Jiří (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is divided to two parts. The theoretical part acquaints the reader with programmable logic controllers, the basics of the most well-known industrial buses and configuration files and gains an overview of the principles of object-oriented programming. In the practical part, this work deals with the design of a program to facilitate the generation of a configuration file for ABB industrial robots, mainly in terms of simplifying the generation and insertion of signals for communication between individual robots and PLCs. The whole program is written in the C Sharp programming language using an object-oriented approach in the Visual Studio development environment.
Bus used in the programmable logic controller area
Drábek, Jakub ; Krček, Petr (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This Bachelors Work is a search type. It includes information summary about industrial buses used in the area of programmable logic controllers, which are used in laboratory programmable logic controllers of Institute of Automation and Computer Science on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Described industrial buses are PROFIBUS, PROFINET, AS-Interface, Interbus and CAN. Every chapter includes detailed information about each bus. Work ends with summary of described buses and their comparison.
Use of "Bin Picking" in industry.
Jirků, Lukáš ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Baštán, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims to familiarize with the technologies of the robotic selection of randomly oriented objects (bin picking) and the subsequent implementation of demonstration tasks. We will also get acquainted with our components (robot, scanner, PLC) and define the requirements for the communication interface between the individual components. Then we describe the demonstration task and design a communication interface. Subsequently, we implement the communication interface and implement the demonstration task.
Machine vision for robotic manufacturing systems
Honkyš, Pavel ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The Master's thesis deals with the use of a camera system in automated industrial applications and the use of TwinCAT Vision tools for image processing and control software PLC, which works on an industrial computer from BECKHOFF. The theoretical part deals with the algorithm of the camera system design for the industrial environment, the description of the individual components that create this camera system and the industrial buses used to transmit data from the cameras. The practical part contains the assignment, its analysis and design of a robotic workplace using a camera system to control products. The designed camera system is then assembled, programmed and verified for the functionality of the created algorithms and the designed HMI.
