Bachelor thesis project addresses the single-family house with a business background. The building has two floors, partial basement and second floor above ground is designed as an attic. The supporting elements of the structure are designed with brick system POROTHERM. External walls in the basement are formed shuttering blocks BTB. The roof of the family house with a business background is gabled roofs with tiles of shuttering BRAMAC Nature. The project focuses on design documentation and detailed elaboration of details. The project also includes technical reports, hygrothermal assessment, fire safety design and technical design of the building.
Constructive-technological project of a new building University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno

The subject of the thesis is the construction-technological project New flats of Study and Information Centre of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Brno. The building will offer a modern study environment for students. There will be a space for the central library as well as the study centre in the SIC. Also, the university archive and museum depository of the Institute of the History of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy will take place there. The building will be constituted of three five-floor blocks with overall groundplan size 72,40 x 30,50 m. The construction system is comprised by a ferroconcrete frame. The block C (the northern one) has one underground floor. At the level of the first uderground floor, the particular blocks are interconnected by an installation corridor. At the level of the second and third above-ground floor, the blocks are linked up with ferroconcrete connecting bridges. In the case of the fourth above-ground floor, the blocks are bridged by a dimensional steel construction which at the same time forms a roof and lifts the glassed frontage along the perimeter of the building. The fifth above-ground floor disposes of recessive steel extenstions of the engine rooms of air conditioning system.
Construction and technological project of polyfunctional building Sokolská 5 in Olomouc

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the building project of Polyfunkční dům Sokolská 5. In the course of the diploma thesis is elaborated a summary technical report, report of building site and drawings for individual stages. The implementation of the waterproofing of the base structure and the reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton are subject to technological regulations and control and test plans. In this work the object time and financial plan, the use of machines and mechanisms and health and safety at work are also solved. For the main building objects, an item budget and a detailed schedule are prepared. Part of this work is also the calculation of the heat transfer through the envelope of the building.
