Kavalová, Natálie ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Chrástková, Martina (referee)
The main aim of this thesis is to determine the level of speed and endurance skills in professional female football players of AC Sparta Praha. The sub-objective is to compare the results obtained in the selected fitness tests in terms of the playing position of the players. For the research we have chosen five field tests suitable for the verification of fitness in the field of speed and endurance abilities in male and female football players. These are the 10-meter sprint test, 20-meter sprint test, K-test, BUMAZA test and YoYo Intermittent Recovery Test 1, in addition to the YoYo test, Brower Timing photocells with an accuracy of 0.01 seconds were used for measurement. The test set consisted of 21 female soccer players of the AC Sparta Praha team without the participation of goalkeepers. The testing took place in an indoor hall with artificial grass surface at TCM Strahov. The results showed very good fitness parameters of all players. In the linear speed tests we found out that it is not always a rule that the best results in the 10m sprint are achieved by the same players as in the 20m sprint. We looked in more detail at the comparison of the fitness level of different playing positions. The results of the BUMAZA test, which focuses exclusively on speed endurance, showed that female players at...
Comparison of body composition of soccer players according to their players' post
Česák, Petr ; Malá, Lucia (advisor) ; Malý, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Comparison of body composition of soccer players according to their players' post Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine the body composition of soccer players according to their post and to compare these data with the results of similar testing taken in foreign countries. Methods: 45 players participated in the testing in total. The machine of bioelectrical impedance BIA 2000 M was used for the detection of the body composition and the gained data were further proceeded in the programme NUTRI 4. The observed parameters were a percentage of body fat, an absolute amount of fat mass, fat-free and intracellular tissue. For the process of the statistic data (arithmetic average, BMI, standard deviation, tables and graphs) the programme Microsoft Excel 2007 was used. Results: The players of both Czech clubs have a typical body composition for top athletes. It was found out that the goalkeepers have the highest percentage of body fat out of all measured players. Defenders were proved to have the least percentage of body fat among all the measured players. Keywords: Soccer, player posts, body composition, bio impedance

Title: Body composition analysis of AC Sparta Prague futsal players Objective:The main objective of this work is to evaluate selected body composition parameters of the AC Sparta Prague futsal players. Methods: A total of 13 players participated in the research (2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders and 6 forwards). Bioelectric impedance analysis using BIA-Tanita MC 980 was used to determine body composition. The monitored parameters were body height, body weight, BMI and other body composition parameters. Statistical data processing (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, tables and graphs) performed in Microsoft Excel. Results: The players of AC Sparta Praha as a whole do not have a typical body composition for top athletes. The mean age of the measured team was 28.2 ± 5.7 years. The average body height of the measured team was 178.1 ± 5.8 cm. The total average weight of the measured set was 79.4 ± 7.6 kg. It has been found that on average, attackers have the highest percentage of body fat and muscle mass. Keywords: futsal, body composition, player posts, bioelectric impedance
