City hotel

The thesis deals with a new hotel construction in Brno. The paper aims to elaborate a project documentation for the construction of the building. It is a detached building in a slightly sloping terrain. The building has three floors and one underground floor. On the underground floor there are jointly-shared garages and technical background of the hotel. On the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant, a café and an open-air terrace. The second and the third floor is designed to accommodate guests in double rooms and suites. There is also a manager´s office and a conference room. The bearing construction consists of a ferroconcrete skeleton with a bricked outside envelope of aerated concrete blocks Ytong. The skeletal construction is built on a monolithic foundation footings. The building is covered in a flat single-coat roof which is partly designed as a vegetation roof. The facade of the building is glazed in the northern part of the 1st floor and some parts of the facade are coloured green, the others are of various colours. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system.
Hotel

The aim of this master´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new hotel for 34 people in Brno. It is a twostory building. The first floor of the building is divided into two functional parts. In one part there is a restaurant and in the other part a reception with a lounge. On the second floor there are hotel rooms. The loadbearing carcass is made of reinforced concrete. The walls are made of gas silicate blocks, the inner walls are made of plasterboard partitions. The roof is flat. There are recreational areas for uests and parking spaces. A technical scheme has been developed for the building, which includes heating, ventilation, cooling and energy production using solar panels. The subject of the thesis is the facility management of the hotel.
Holiday Hotel Lipno

This diploma thesis contains design documentation of of a new hotel in Lipno nad Vltavou near the Lipno reservoir. It is a building with three floors, a non-residential attic and a partial basement, where there will be underground garages for guests and technical facilities of the hotel. The building will accommodate a total of 70 people in 27 hotel rooms. The building is also equipped with a hotel restaurant, gym, massages and a sauna. The structure of the building is designed as masonry system manufactured by Heluz, supplemented by a reinforced concrete skeletal system, outside walls have a contact thermal isulation. Only the basement walls are made of permanent concrete framework. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing is designed with two rounded opposite counter roofs in two levels raised by roof trusses and further supplemented by a flat vegetation roof. The modern look is underlined by the materials used. These include the glazed railings of balconies or terraces and their location, as well as the combination of white facades with facade cladding made of fiber-cement boards in imitation wood. The design was concentrated on high user comfort and overall modern concept of the hotel.
Hotel in Pardubice

The diploma thesis deals with the project of a new hotel in the city of Pardubice. The building consists of three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a gym, fitness room, games room, sanitary facilities and technical facilities of the hotel. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen with storage space, staff locker rooms, a living room for employees, an entrance with reception, the office of the director and secretary, and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there is a conference and lounge, sanitary facilities and five guest rooms. On the third floor there are twelve guest rooms.
New Building hotel in Valasske Mezirici

This master’s thesis addresses the design concept of the new hotel building located in Valašské Meziříčí, a town located in the Zlín region of the Czech Republic. The hotel building consists of a total of 21 accommodation units, a restaurant, and a cafe. The accommodation units vary from double rooms and triple rooms to three-person apartments with a kitchen – providing an accommodation capacity of a total of 47 guests. The hotel is designed as a building with a cellar that consists of one underground and four above-ground floors. The parking spaces for guests and employees are located on the ground floor together with technical equipment such as ventilation systems and utility rooms. The first floor is divided into two parts – the hotel’s operational space and the guest’s section. These two parts are structurally divided with a separate access entrance leading to each part. The operational part consists of facilities for employees, kitchens with food storage rooms, and hotel management offices. The guest area is comprised of an entrance hall with a reception, a restaurant, and sanitary facilities. On the second floor, there is a cafe with a terrace, storage for bedding, a hotel lounge as well as seven accommodation units oriented to the southwest. The third floor consists of a freely accessible terrace, bedding storage, and a lounge. There are also another seven accommodation units with balconies and a two-person apartment with a kitchen. Apart from another the bedding storage and the lounge room, the fourth floor also has two two-room apartments with a kitchen and a balcony for three people. There are also four more accommodation units with a balcony that can house 2-3 people. The thermal insulation of the building is solved by the external thermal insulation composite system, internationally referred to by the abbreviation ETICS. The basalt wool insulation facade panels is used as the main thermal insulator on the external walls of the entire building.

The diploma thesis aims to create the project of a new hotel in the town of Zlín, part Kudlov. The building consists of three above-ground and one underground floor. The underground floor houses the hotel's technical facilities, luggage storage and dirty laundry storage. On the first floor there are a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen with storage, staff changing rooms, staff room, entrance, reception and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there are a conference and lounge room, a director's office, six guest rooms and additional sanitary facilities. On the third floor there are twelve guest rooms.

The diploma thesis deals with a project of a new building, Garni hotel in the municipality of Pacov. The object is made up of three ground floors. The first floor contains a restaurant with limited board possibilities, restaurant facilities, a manager’s office, staff facilities and a technical area of the building. Conference rooms with facilities and hotel rooms can be found on the second floor. There is one four-bed room, three double rooms (one of them is designed for disabled people) and two single rooms on this floor. One four-bed room, three double rooms and three single rooms are located on the third floor. The building is created with a masonry structural system and is roofed with a warm flat roof with a typical sequence of layers. A green roof is used above a part of the building.
Hotel with wellness

The topic of this thesis is a new-building of a hotel with a wellness centre. The building site is located in the cadastral area of Malenovice near Zlín, the city of Zlín, Zlín Region. It is the building consisting of three rectangles inserted into each other. The building is designed as a six-floor skeletal construction with a cellar made of reinforced concrete, roofed with flat roofs. In the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant with outside seating, wellness centre, and utility rooms. The second and the third floor are intended for accommodation of guests in the form of double rooms and apartments. In the fourth and fifth floors there are double rooms as well. Rooms for guests and apartments are situated to the southern and northern part. This residential space is mostly equipped with balconies stretching along the corners. In the last, sixth floor there can be found the management of the hotel, a conference room and a bar with terrace. The main entrance is situated to the northern part of the object. Outdoor parking places are also a part of the hotel. Exterior and interior of the hotel are designed in the conformity with current modern trends. The layout of the space is functional and basic. The dynamics of the building is supported by external holes in black colour and by the two-coloured facade in blue and grey colours. The hotel is meant for both active and passive relaxation, there is a possibility of accommodation of young couples, families with children, elderly people, individuals, and people with limited ability of movement. The hotel of designed with the focus on the comfort of guests. Therefore the leisure time space is a part of hotel. The comfortable space for relaxation within the object is provided by the wellness centre mentioned above, the bar with terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. Mountain Hotel

The thesis focuses on a project of a mountain hotel. Hotel is located in the area Jeseník, altitude of 550 m. It is detached hotel with a rectangular ground plan with one underground floor and four above ground floors. In the basement is the engine room ventilation, bikes room and in the second part of the underground is wellness center. On the first floor is a restaurant. In the other floors are hotel rooms for 1 to 3 person. On the fourth floor are two apartments. The hotel is based on the monolithic footings.In the basement the vertical supporting are from concrete. Other vertical supporting are built from bricks Porotherm 30, which is insulated and ventilated facade with laggin 150 mm. Supporting horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a double skin roof structure made of wooden trusses.
