FUNDOVÁ, Barbora
The hospital environment is an important part of medical care, is made up of a set of factors that significantly makes the experience of illness and consequently the entire adaptation process. This environment often determines the degree of success of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. The hospital is on the patient still and continuously throughout the period of hospitalization. The staff are all working hours. If the positive effects prevail, the patient is to perceive with satisfaction, his willingness to cooperate with the personnel is rising. If you would have prevailed in the negative factors, the patient is less happy, less communication and cooperation with the staff does not have to be 100 percent. For this reason, it is important to create ill will and personnel environment with the most positive environmental effects and minimize the negative effects if it can be. This work aims at bringing what the most comprehensive perspective on the issue of the impact of the hospital environment, maps the opinions and point of view of the patient, as a consumer of health care services and the angle of view of nurses, as health professionals, that is with the patients in the most contact, does not forget the view manager, which most affects the hospital environment, albeit with a patient comes into contact him marginally.
