A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

Master’s thesis is concentrated on the draft of a financial plan for a corporate Profibaustoffe CZ, s.r.o. The first part of final thesis defines objectives, methods and procedures, that are used within the Master’s thesis. In the second part is included theoretical knowledge, which are crucial for creation of analysis and financial plan. Subsequent third part is dedicated to the introduction of chosen company, strategic and financial analysis for the past five years. The final part of final thesis contains the draft of financial plan for years 2020-2023 both optimistic and pessimistic variants including final evaluation.

The final thesis focuses on a draft of a corporate financial Plan. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis for strategic, financial analysis and financial planning. In the next part, these theoretical findings are put into practice and a strategic and financial analysis is created. In the last part, the proposed financial plan is in two variants for the next 4 years 2021 - 2024. The proposed plans were subsequently evaluated.

Master thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan for the manufacturing company HARTMANN – RICO a.s. and is divided into three parts. The first part contains the theoretical basis that are needed for the next chapters. The second part starts with the introduction of the selected company, followed by a strategic and financial analysis. The last part is a draft of the prediction of the corporate financial plan for the period 2022-2025, including a sensitivity analysis and evaluation of the financial plan with the help of selected financial indicators.

The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company OK control s.r.o. is presented and its financial and strategic analysis is carried out. In the last part, the financial plan for the years 2022 to 2025 is proposed.
