Thesis is about the perception and experience of the death of the client for general nurses and selected non-medical professions. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and concepts, one example is an explanation of the concept of death and everything associated with it, the second part of the theory deals with the concept of palliative care, and in the third chapter explains the distribution of health care personnel, there is also mention burnout in this profession and identified utilized effective relaxation techniques. In the empirical part is an analysis of a questionnaire survey undertaken in 85 respondents working in health care in acute beds, internal medicine, social care beds, long-term care beds and patient follow-up care. The questionnaire was evaluated for cell research sample.

The reason and benefits of the practising the Power plate machine

Title: The reason and benefits of the practising the Power Plate® machine. Objectives: In this thesis I would like to introduce a vibration machine Power Plate®. In spite of the quite novelty (as the Power Plate® is considered in the Czech republic), is known and very often used, especially in the rest of the western Europe and United States. The Power Plate company, as one of the producers of products based on the technology of mediating the whole body vibration training to the human body, presents a lot of the benefits gained from the WBVT. Not all of these effects are fully confirmed by the medical research, however large majority of the presented effects have been already confirmed. Therefore I will try to confirm mainly the positive effects of this machine by the publishing the conclusions of the researches, done by the particular institutions. In the practical part of my thesis I will publish the questionnaire done in the wellness studio Bel Corpo in Prague - Barrandov by the clients who regularly use the Power Plate machine. The questionnaire was done for to compare the benefits which Power Plate organisation points out and the real results of the clients who use the Power Plate machine. Motivation, stimulation and it's effect on business management

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the level of motivation and stimulation in a choosen company, it's effect on the current management, and proposals for measures leading to the desired condition. The research was conducted at the company CVP Gavanika s. r. o., whose major activity involves electroplating. The company has operated on the Czech market since 1992. The assessment of this condition was primarily based on the information resulting from a questionnaire survey. Uncontrolled interviews with the executives of the company served as another source of information. The survey was conducted in all branches of the company including it's headquarters. At this point two grades of employees were addressed: the average employees and the management. The obtained data were processed according to appropriate methods. Following the ordination and analysis of the data, the description, comparation and overall assessment of the effect of motivation and stimulation on the current management was done. The final part of the thesis features a synthesis of the obtained information and provides practical suggestions leading to a desired state within this field. The management team of the company was advised on how to make improvements in the following issues: praising and appreciation, stress management, participation of employees to the decision-making process, education, awareness, comunication, use of feedback, relations, equality at the workplace, and strengthening the corporate culture.

Management system of occupational health and safety in the construction company LUBRYCO s.r.o.

Bachelor work is fixing one´s attention on occupational health and safety. It was choose construction company LUBRYCO s.r.o. resides in Prachatice.This company is doing building operations since 1993. It was studied if in company is everything alright with occupational health and safety. It was use questionnaire to constructions makers and then processed the results and wrote summary of these. Finally it was recommend a possible improvement proposal for this company.

The research of employee satisfaction in the company FIAT ČR

The teoretical part of this master's thesis defines the term job satisfaction, its principle and factors. It further descries also the research and rating systém of the satisfaction of the emploees. The practical parts presents the profil of the company FIAT ČR, spol. s r.o., its structure and systém of eployee benefits. The goal of the master's thesis is the research and the rating employee satisfaction, in the individual departments of the company, using my own information survey. The guestionnaire has three sections of satisfaciton rating. The first part is focused on job satisfaction with the employer, the next is the motivation of the employees their work and the last the work environment of the thesis i the rating of results of the research with the edditiom of a suggestion and a recommendation for the solving of ascertained shortcomings.
