Preparation for the implementation of the wastewater treatment plant in Ořechov

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Ořechov, with a focus on the rough substructure phase. The thesis includes a technical report of the entire object, a technical report of the construction site equipment, a solution of transport relations, technological regulations for the given construction phase, and proposed drawings following up on the solved phases. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the design of a suitable machine assembly, an itemized budget, and a time schedule for the rough substructure phase. Great emphasis is placed on the detailed processing of technological regulations for the implementation of excavations and sheet pile walls, as well as for the implementation of foundations and a white bathtub. These chapters are followed by the processing of control test plans. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the issue of occupational safety and health, the definition of occupational risks and the proposal of measures to eliminate them.

The technological stage of the rough substructure of OÚ Ostrá

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the implementation and reconstruction of the lower gross structure of the municipal office in Ostrá. The original building has one underground floor, one above ground floor and a non-residential floor. The building is based in a flat manner on the foundation strips, the vertical load-bearing structures are made of full-burnt bricks, the horizontal load-bearing structures above the 1.PP are formed by a monolithic beam ceiling and a reinforced concrete slab supplemented with a steel beam. The extension will have one above-ground floor and one underground floor. The extension will be based on a base plate supplemented with foundation belts around the perimeter of the base plate, which, however, will not have a load-bearing function. The vertical supporting structures will be completely covered with the POROTHERM system, the ceiling above the 1st PP extension will be ŽB monolithic. The work contains a technical report with a focus on the selected technological stage, the situation of the building with wider traffic relations of the transport routes, a list of measures, a technological regulation for the implementation of foundation structures, a drawing and report of the construction site equipment, a time schedule, a design of the machine assembly, an inspection and test plan for the implementation of the foundation construction, safety and health protection at work.

Completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň, Gross Substructure

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the realization of the gross substructure of the completion of Essens company building in Brno - Líšeň. The work is focused on the processing of the technical report of the construction site equipment, solving traffic relations and subsequent drawings. Furthermore, the content of the work includes the design of a suitable machine assembly, itemized budget, and time schedule of the stage of the gross substructure. Great emphasis is placed on the elaboration of detailed technological prescription for the implementation of piles and subsequently on the implementation of the white tank system. This chapter is followed by the processing of the inspection-check plan. The last part is an analysis of the issue of safety and health protection at work, definition of occupational risks and proposed measures for their elimination.

It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety and safety of environment. It all with respect financial and time demands.

Production hall MONTGAS - realization of the gross substructure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the gross substructure of the new production hall of the company MONTGAS a.s. in Hodonín on the street U Kyjovky. Part of this technological phase is the realization of earthworks, driven gravel FRANKI piles, driven reinforced concrete FRANKI piles, cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation pads, sills and strip foundations, soil slab, base layers and reinforced concrete floors of the building including steel fibre reinforced concrete slab and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure of the paint shop inside the production hall. It also includes damp proof layer and insulation of foundation structures. The content of this work is the technology of earthworks and all piles in the form of technological regulation. Construction costs are calculated in an itemized budget from student version of the BUILDpowerS software with a bill of quantities. The schedule is drawn up in the form of a schedule from student version of the CONTEC software. Plans are in place to ensure both quality and safety during construction.
