The aim of this work is propose competitive strategy of Stytotrade company. It is divided into three segments: theoretic part, analytical part and project part. The theoretical part present the company and literary sources that deal with strategies of competitive advantage, Porter generic strategies, theory knowledge of competition, marketing research and strategy for market leader. Analytical part is focused on the identification of competition, macro environment, current corporate strategy, marketing mix and marketing research. Project part - data from the marketing research are processed to SWOT analysis that is fundation for the propose of competitive strategy.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a business plan to establish a photographic store in Brno. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part explains basic terminology related to strategic management and strategic analysis. A quantitative research, analysis of internal and external environment and a stakeholder analysis, which revealed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the business, is broken down in an analytical part of the thesis. Then financial analysis follows. Specific strategies, which are based on these factors, are designed in order to successfully start the business. The last part discusses designated solutions.

This thesis is focuses on the strategic management of the distributor of paints. The main objective of this work is idetify the companys competitive position selected with the help of SPACE matrix, based on will be sesigned potential strategic alternatives. For analyze the external environment is used PESTE. Internal environment has been mapped using the extended marketing mix financial analysis, which is complemented by comparison with main competitors in the industry. Based on the results of analyzes possible strategies are formulated using generic strategies, SPACE matrix and SWOT matrix. At the conclusion are chosen strategy suitable for implementation - the promotion in specialized magazines, the use of external traffic, creating reference sheet.

Novotný, T., Strategic management of fishing tackle wholesale. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014. This thesis focuses on the proposal strategy alternatives for the future expansion of the joint-stock company dealing with the wholesale and retail fishing tackle. For analysing the external environment are being PEST analysis and the five forces model of competition used. The internal environment is described by the value chain and the financial analysis, which is then compared to its main competitors. On these bases strategies using internal and external factor analysis, generic strategies are formulated. The results are further refined and completed by using the SWOT matrix.

The subject of the Graduation theses "Strategic Business Activities of Outward Bound - Česká cesta, s.r.o." is creation developing strategy of choosen enterprise. Starting point is the strategic analysis of external and internal environment, which show and describe the most important impacts taking effect at a given enterprise. Based on these impacts is deduced mission and vision of an enterprise and long-term goals. In closing part of the thesis is choosen one of the generic strategies and gives suggestions how to strategy realize.
