This master’s thesis deals with determination of the value of Samohýl group, a. s. company at 01. 07. 2017. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of valuation, such as business, value, strategic and financial analysis and valuation methods. In the analytical part, the analyzed company are basic information presented, strategic analysis, financial analysis including its assessment. The design part is processed by analysis and prognosis of value generators and the compilation of the financial plan and ultimately determination of the value of an enterprise using yield methods and accounting method.

Valuation of the stock company OLMA

The aim of this thesis is an establishment of the objectified value of the stock company OLMA for the use of the company management and owner to the date 31. 12. 2014. The valuation is compiled from the point of view of an external subject, using accessible public resources. The theoretical and methodological part includes an explanation of terms and concepts connected with the cited problems and description of the recommended procedures used in company evaluations, including relevant methods. The practical part deals with the presentation of the evaluated company and following application of procedures and methods cited in the previous part, including strategic and financial analysis, SWOT analysis, division of assets into necessary and unnecessary for the operation, analysis and prognosis of value generators, compilation of a complete financial plan and the appropriate valuation. Yield method of discounted cash flows was used for the resulting valuation of the company, using the variant of free cash flows to the firm (FCFF). For comparison, this valuation is supplemented with the property method in the form of company book value.

The aim of this Master´s Thesis Valuation of the Company HOLLANDIA Karlovy Vary, s.r.o. is to determine objectified value of HOLLANDIA Karlovy Vary, s.r.o. as a whole for the owner of the company on 31st December 2014. This Master´s Thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis includes an explanation of the methodology that is used to determine the value of the company. The practical part is built on specific enterprise data and application of methods specified in the theoretical part. The practical part includes description of the company, strategic analysis, financial analysis, integrating analytical tools, generators values, financial plan and financial analysis of the financial plan. The final value of the company was calculated by method of discounted cash flow based on FCFF (Free Cash Flow to the Firm). Objectified value of the Company is 1 386 046 thousand CZK to 31. 12. 2014. In the conclusion of the practical part the value is tested by the sensitivity analysis.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to estimate the objectivised value of the Czech engineering company HTP s.r.o. based on the same concept up to 1. 1. 2011. Valuation is performed using discounted cash flow (DCF equity) with limited lifetime and book value method. The work includes financial analysis, strategic analysis, analysis and prognosis value generators, financial plan and final valuation.
