The main goal of this thesis is to create business plan for the gas station with help of OMV franchise. Entrepreneurship, franchising and definition of used analyses are described in the theoretical part. Necessary analyses are performed in the analytical part. Suggested business plan and harmonogram of its implementation are described in the last part of this thesis.

Gas station roof structure

My task was to propose and consider steel structure roof of gas station. Dimensions of construction were determined based on transport service of the 8 supply points. Construction is situated in Zlin. Static calculation of the main bearing elements was made with Dlubal RFEM v.5.03 software. Selected structure elements including joints and column anchors were verified manualy.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the technological processes regarding the implementation of the gross substructure of a gas station in Uherský Brod. Thesis includes technological regulations for executing earthworks and carrying out the monolithic foundations. Thesis provides an insight into the inspection and testing plan, the situation concerning broader transportation relations with traffic routes, statement, land area, budget, timetable, proposal of mechanical assembly, safety regulations and organization of the construction.

Unbreakable Nightrunners

The video documentary Unbreakable Nightrunners deals with people around the artist, who documents what is happening in the group of which he is a part. The main actors live in the area and know each other from Elementary school. Half of the participants are still students and the other working individuals from different industries. Nightrunners are under 30 years old. Sometimes misunderstood by society and the surrounding area. The group of people she documents did not want to be like other people around. They didn't want to hang out and party. They have a common interest in cars and tuning. People with different views and styles, who always find a topic for conversation and space for joint activities have also a different philosophy of life, which could be summed up in the thesis that „life is a distinctive phenomenon that can not be reduced to mechanical events“. They help each other when something goes wrong, they are in good and bad times together. It documents all the events that the group creates, including ordinary meetings or interviews. It also reflects the fact that the group meets in one particular place and that is the gas station. The name Nightrunners is derived from a chat group on Facebook where they debate in various ways, agree on events, send funny videos and photos or spread new photos of cars and things they saw or were part of.

Prices of fuel and their regional deviations

This bachelor thesis describes the fuel market in the Czech Republic and factors influencing the end price of fuel, sold on the market. In the research part, it examines the magnitude of long-term price deviations of fuel in different regions of Czech Republic and strives to discover their causes. The data needed to analyze these price deviations and their causes all comes from public online sources of both public and private institutions. Regression analysis on 5 % significance level is used for modeling. The analysis consists of two models, where the first one analyses statistical significance of regional price deviations using backward elimination method and the second one analyses the influence of chosen regional indicators on these price deviations. The results have shown, that in the long term, the price of gasoline and diesel differs from normal in seven and ten regions respectively. It was further proven with 95 % certainty, that 85 % of regional gasoline price deviations can be explained by seven regional indicators. However the model hasn't found any dependence between regional indicators and diesel price deviations.
