Two-channel nine-band equalizer
Kollár, Marcel ; Kolka, Zdeněk (referee) ; Petržela, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this project has been making the acquaintance of the adjustment of the audio signal of the frequencies switches and the suggestion of the nine band analogue equalizer. The suggestion equalizer was simulating in the program PSpice. Make a printed circuit using Eagle software and construct equalizer also with excitation indicator. The best option for the implementation of the equalizer has seemed to apply of the band’s correctors with the series resonant circuit. Every band in the equalizer has the distinction with the definite resonant frequency f0 and with extent of the correction ±dB. This project points out some options of the adjustment of the audio signal with help frequencies correctors and filters.
Big Muff Type Distortion Guitar Effects
Beránková, Tereza ; Balík, Miroslav (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
Presented thesis is focused on construction and functionality of distortion effects and equalizers. It investigates the possibility of their usage in guitar distortion effect called Big Muff which consist of several blocks. One of them is tone control and this thesis intention is to implement equalizer instead. Part of this thesis is also creation of a laboratory task focused on measuring and understanding to this guitar effect
Design Method Based On Modification Of The Transformation Of Horizontal Structures In Current-Mode Frequency Filters
Langhammer, Lukas ; Domansky, Ondrej
This paper presents a modification of the horizontal structures transformation method used for the design of fully-differential (F-D) filters. The modified method has been tested on numerous filtering structures based on current followers (CF) and chosen results are included in the paper proving its functionality.
Electronic Filtering Circuits with Arbitrary Frequency Characteristics
Klubus, Jan ; Vrba, Kamil (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with the issue of electronic filtering circuits with arbitrary frequency characteristics. First part of the thesis describes theoretical basis. Second part explores the possibilities of design procedures for filters with arbitrary frequency characteristics. Design procedures are demonstrated on examples accordingly to the presented methods, including their circuit implementation and computer simulation to verify the correctness of theoretical assumptions. Thesis also explores the possibilities of tuning circuit structures and electronic setting for characteristics using controllable active elements.
Practical examples of signal processing
Hanzálek, Pavel ; Smékal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Mekyska, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the issue of signal processing. Using practical examples, it tries to show the use of individual signal processing operations from a practical point of view. For each of the selected signal processing operations, an application is created in MATLAB, including a graphical interface for easier operation. The division of the thesis is such that each chapter is first analyzed from a theoretical point of view, then it is shown using a practical demonstration of what the operation is used in practice. Individual applications are described here, mainly in terms of how they are handled and their possible results. The results of the practical part are presented in the attachment of the thesis.
Design and realization of the vocal encoder for audio electronics
Milota, Vojtěch ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (advisor)
This work deals with the design of the vocal encoder, a device used for regressive synthesis of a speech signal using an external carrier signal. Work consists of the block chart, its breakdown and following design of all partial circuit solutions, including simulations in the software environment, followed by design of the printed circuit board and realisation of a prototype of the vocal encoder, followed by experimental measurement of its properties.
Correlation analysis of optically trapped particle motion
Koudelníček, Karel ; Jákl,, Petr (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the description of random (Brownian) motion of microscopic particle trapped by optical trap. This thesis provides overview of possible usage in biology. The major part of the thesis is dedicated to description of methods that allow characterize optical trap with etc. stiffness thanks to the random motion. First, the estimation methods are tested on the simulated data. Before using these methods for real data, it was necessary to modify them, specifically to eliminate crosstalk and frequency noise. The differences in the estimation of the stiffness from the autocorrelation function and the power spectrum were described in the conclusion.
Equalizer with loudness regulation for laboratory measurements
Karkoška, Jan ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a draft and construction of the design of equalizer with loudness regulation for laboratory measurements lessons and also simulation of individual parts in the program LTspice. For design was used bandpass correction with series resonance circuits. All bands are tuned to a frequency f0 with a degree of ± 12 dB. Thesis includes block diagram, design of equalizer in detail, scheme of equalizer with physiological regulation and the design of printed circuit boards.
The Design Methods of Equipments for Audio
Kondler, Radim ; Vrba, Kamil (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
The work is focused on equipment used in audio, such as a loudspeaker crossovers, amplifiers and preamplifiers. There are theoretically described loudspeaker crossovers, their parameters, types of structures derived from the frequency filters with their parameters. Further deals about audio amplifiers and both voltage and power, their theories, parameters, and distribution.
Low-noise switchable high-pass filter for calibrated microphone
Doktor, Viktor ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Hanák, Pavel (advisor)
In my bachelor project I focused on the principle of the frequency filters, dividing of filters and types of approximations. In the first part I focus on the theory of filters and design of passive High-Pass Filter. In the second part I focus on the specific design of the active high-pass filter.
