Production of support by forming
Caha, Tomáš ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (advisor)
This project developed within the bachelor degree in B-STG present proposal forging technology - parts from bar of circular cross-section of cold rolled 14 220. Based on the literature study problems of die forging and calculation was designed die forging with bottom ejector, designed for easy removal of the forging from die cavity. Die is circular cross section and is clamped with a dovetail groove in vertical forging press LZK 1600 (manufacturer ŠMERAL Brno), with a nominal forging force of 16MN. The lower and upper half of the die is made of steel 19 662, heat threated for the purposes forging.
Simulation of rolling operation using explicit FEM
Bezrouková, Martina ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
The purpose of this work is to introduce explicit finite element method (FEM) and to familiarize with commercial software tools witch are capable to perform simulations. The technological conditions and the scope of application of roller burnishing are described in subsequent part. The simulation model of roller burnishing was created. Software ANSYS LS-DYNA was used to make computations. The results of simulation and technical and economical benefits of roller burnishing are presented in the conclusion.
Roller-burnishing technology in engineering.
Bezrouková, Martina ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The purpose of the paper is to provide basic description of machine parts finishing using the roller burnishing technology. The paper burnishing specifies roller burnishing process conditions and application areas and gives technical and economic evaluation and comparison with conventional technologies.
Production of lock screw
Šlimar, Filip ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The project elaborated design of technology production of a screw for fastening of car wheels, made of material 11 320.3. A literary study of cold forming technology was conducted. The blank diameter of 15 mm was calculated. Several possible ways of production were considered and the most suitable option was chosen. The necessary calculations were made for this variant, in which the forming force of 1 313 kN was calculated, which was the main requirement for the selection of the TPZK 25 cold forming machine. Part of the work is a drawing of a tool assembly, ram and die.
Bulk forming technology of carrier pin
Sejkora, Petr ; Samek, Radko (referee) ; Forejt, Milan (advisor)
Diploma thesis focus on the proposal of the carrier pin production from the steel 17 021 by cold bulk forming technology with sight on the upsetting and extrusion. There were suggested two versions of the technological plan from which was one chosen as optimal. There were carried out calculation of deformation, forming and deformation resistances and forming forces for the chosen version. Machine for the part TPM 12 production was chosen on the basis of the global forming force 660 kN. Furthermore there were proposed forming tools for the second operation – feed forward extrusion. Finally there was made technical and economical evaluation.
Production of chain wheel
Haltmar, Vojtěch ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the production of chain wheel using the method of die forging. The wheel is made of C45 steel and is a part of the transmission of construction machinery. Based on the required mechanical properties of the component and batch production which amounts 20,000 pieces per year, three operations die forging is proposed for the production. An intermediate good for the production of the wheel is a cylindrical block with a 50 mm diameter and length of 100 mm. The forming machine for the production is vertical forging press LMZ 1600 P/SH with the nominal force of 16 MN. The trimming press LKOA 200 with the nominal force of 2 MN is used to remove the excess material. Forging dies are produced from tool steel ČSN 19 650 and are based on the technical drawings. The thesis also compares the production of chain wheel by machining and die forging concluding that the use of die forging method saves an amount of 42 CZK per piece.
